尊敬的各位领导，各位朋友： 大家下午好！
今天我非常高兴能代表新成立的教工团总支的×名文体委员和×名文体干事在这里发言。我代表×位文体委员感谢各位领导的信任！感谢各位朋友的支持！
胡耀邦同志说过，团的工作不要坐而论道，要搞活动，一年不搞一两项有影响有实效的活动，青年团的威力就不行，就没有生气。这一思想，是对几十年来团的工作的经验总结，辩证地阐明了团的活动与团的战斗力的关系，也说明了团的活动在团的工作中的重要作用。
我们教工团总支文体委员的工作就是根据精神文明建设的需要，根据青年教师的需要制定出有利于我们身心健康的文体工作计划，有创造性地开展好各种健康有益的文化体育活动。我们要通过建立文化体育活动阵地，丰富青年教师的业余生活，提高青年教师的社会道德水平，倡导健康文明科学的生活方式。
文体活动有一定的知识性和技巧性，需要有人指导。这个大家不用担心，我们有专业的歌唱教练××老师，有专业的舞蹈教练××老师，有专业的体育健身教练××老师，有专业的体操健美教练××老师，还有……。我们都竭诚为大家服务！
现在我们的活动有了学校领导的大力支持，有了专门的活动场所，有了专业的教练指导；我们缺少的可能就是大家的积极参与。当然有些朋友指出，并不是我们参与的热情不高，而是业余时间太少。
但是我们的活动不是天天搞，也不会安排在大家的工作时间内。既然大家对教工团总支寄予厚望，那么就应该积极地参与我们的各项活动，群策群力，共同学习和提高。为培养一个学习型和开拓型的教师群体而努力！
朋友们，活动起来！有了你们的支持，我们对工作会更有信心；有了你们的参与，我们的活动会更加丰富多彩。

delivered by mr.gorge bush also employs a lot of big s.for instance, among the 1378 s(in the selected parts)there are 256 s containing more than 6 letters, occupying 22 percent of the1 total.but in every day conversation, extemporaneous speech and advertisement the percentage is usually lower than 20 percent.another characteristic is the employment of many abstract nouns, which can make the speech sound more formal and profound, make the addreer sound more serious and erudite and make the audience have more confidence in the speaker.in the speech of gorge bush it is not hard to find so many such s.here i just want to list some of them as an exle: unity, diversity, generosity, expreion, continuity, democracy, difference, continuance, freedom, action, prosperity, satisfaction, liberty, justice, engagement, peace, diension, harmony, divisivene, limitation, bipartisanship, opposition, attitude, intolerance, scourge, hopefulne.b.syntactical style markers the inaugural addre of the president elect usually uses a lot more pound or plex sentences than everyday conversation, extemporaneous speech and advertisement.this is also true of mr.bush’s addre, in which most of the sentences are relatively long and plicated for the purpose of leaving the audience an immediate impreion of formalne, seriousne and reliability.in the speech there are altogether 91 sentences, but 42 of them are pound or plex, taking up almost half of the total.in addition, most
sentences in the speech contain more than 10 s and the longest sentence consists of 48 s!(the 2nd sentence in the 16th paragraph)but as we know, in everyday conversation most sentences contain no more than 10 s.as it is expected, the declarative sentence is the main type in the addre but some other sentence types are also employed.for exle, mr.bush uses several imperative sentences in his speech such as, “ let us negotiate soon—and hard.but in the end, let us produce.” the use of imperative sentences here actually serves as a call to the audience and aims to arouse their enthusiasm.c.grammatical style markers.as we know, the monly used tense in the presidential inaugural addre is the simple present, while the future tense, the present perfect tense and the simple past tense serve as the supplementary devices.this is because such addrees usually focus on the present and future time.mr.bush’s addre is no exception.among the 91 sentences in the speech there are over 60 simple present, 9 present perfect and 6 future tense.as for the voices, there are only 7 sentences in the paive and all the others are in the active.d.rhetorical devices the rhetorical device is a striking characteristic of public speech, which can add vividne and aesthetic appreciation to it.although there are a wide variety of rhetorical devices in english, the most important syntactical rhetorical device in public speech is perhaps

教师2018年述职演讲
各位领导、老师： 大家好！
我这一年的经历太普通，不会让听者流泪的。我没有大苦悲，反而时常有一点满足感。这岂不是不值得一提？徐主任说，就把你所做的讲给大家听，你能在日日平常的工作中踏实勤恳做下来，没牢骚，不抱怨，这就是我们高中老师的写照。徐主任的话给我吃了颗定心丸，能代表高中教师站在这里述职，我感到非常荣幸！
一、教育教学
这之后几天，一年来的若干画面就不时浮现脑海。
XX届高三查分时的惊魂还未定，就接到了领导的通知，让我接手新高三文科班的语文，并做好当班主任的心理准备。暑假的某一天，突然被曹校约见谈话，让我做好当副班主任的心理准备，说这个副班主任非我莫属，因为这个班需要刚柔兼济，恰需要我温情的一面，只许做好。
当我揣着复杂的心理与这帮传说中的XX届高三文科班学生见面的时候，我跟他们说的 人意料 的中文老师。每周都抽出固定时间给他上课。他专门让妈妈亲手做一套陶瓷茶具从美国邮来送给我，表示答谢(特注：不属贵重物品。收到的时候，竹制的壶把儿都断了，四个茶杯大小不一)。
美丽的特蕾莎修女说过一句话，“我也许不能做伟大的事，但重要的是我能用伟大的方式去做平凡的事情。”我深以为然。
最后我用一句文人的酸话来结束我的发言：当我们不只关心在自己的银行账户里存了多少钱，我们更关心在自己的心灵账户存了多少美的时候，我们就活得更充实了。我们的生活就自然具有了闪光点。
