摘要
时光荏苒，瞬间即逝，美好的本科四年大学生活，即将走到尾声，在自身能力锻炼与专业知识不断提高的同时，为增加实践经验，我利用学校安排的课程实习时间，再根据自身的优势及专业能力，找到了相关于本专业的实习单位及岗位，并在规定的时间内在企业完成相关的实习任务。
我经过筛选，结合自身专业优势，最终锁定博世电动工具（中国）有限公司。很感谢吴瑞明老师对我实习期间提供的帮助以及博世给以我这个难得的机会，让我离开学校，就能马上体验世界五百强企业的风采，先进的管理和严谨工作作风。在博世电动工具（中国）有限公司实习的期间，我主要工作是
一、改善钻头校直工艺，分析研究各工序对钻头产生直线度不良的原因，寻找解决之策，最终以达到取消或减少某些产品的校直工序：
二、改善包装区域布局流程，包括物料流、信息流；
三、协助MFO主管，进行生产现场管理。在博世，我是办公人员，身处在全英文的环境里，不仅开会、办公、写报告，就连电脑里全是英文，这段时间的锻炼，让我英语得到了一定的提高。在工作中需要用到打印机、复印机、扫描仪、碎纸机，所以必须学会使用它们。全球博世员工交流沟通的是博世的outlook,熟练地掌握它，使我受益匪浅。
在这一个多月的实习工作，我在博世电动工具附件三厂生产部实习，负责钻头的质量监测及工艺改进工作。让我从学校一名的学生到企业的一名员工的过度转换角色，得以亲身体验社会，学到了很多在课程上学不到的知识，并获得把课堂教学的理论知识与社会实际实践相结合的机会，从而加深了在学校学习的知识的印象，补充了有限的专业知识，更主要的是提高了实际动手操作能力。关键词： 实习 钻头 提升

Abstract
My university life will end after only six months.It is the time that I have to leave my mother school which I have studied there for four years, to confrontthe fierce competition in society.To increase the practical experience, considering my advantage and profeional ability, I found a job which is related to my major field during the school's internship program time.And I succeeded to complete the aignment that the company asked me to do.I paed the screening, with their own profeional advantage, which eventually led Bosch Power Tools(China)Limited.Rui-Ming Wu is my teacher, I am grateful for his help during the training, as well as this rare opportunity Bosch gives me.In Bosch Power Tools(China)Co., Ltd.you can immediately experience the elegance of the world 500 strong enterprises, the advanced management and strict style of work.During the internship, my main job is to improve the drill bit straightening proce, analyze various procees on the drill bit resulting straightne bad reasons, find a solution strategy which will eventually achieve the elimination or reduction of a alignment of these products procees: two regional distribution to improve the packaging proce, including material flow, information flow;three to aist MFO managers, production site management.In Bosch, I was an office staff under tota English environment, not only meeting, office, writing reports, but also computers are all in English.Through this training, I got a big improvement in of English.During my work we need to use printers, copiers, scanners, shredders, I must learn to use them.Bosch employees’ worldwide communication tool is outlook, I have to be good at it, so I have benefited enormously.During this month of the internship at the Bosch, I plant in Annex III to the Department of internships, responsible for monitoring the quality of drill and proce improvement work so that I am a student from the school to the corporate staff of the exceive conversion of a role, to get first hand experience of community, learned a lot of knowledge in the curriculum can not go to school and get into the claroom teaching of theoretical knowledge and actual social practice, a combination of opportunities, thus deepening the knowledge learned at school during the impreion that complement the expertise of a limited , more important is to improve the actual hands-on operational capability.Key words: Internship ,Drill ,Enhance
