一、签证申请
持L签证入境，年满60周岁在穗购置房产的外籍华人及其配偶和未满18周岁子女申请签证时，须回答有关询问并提供下列材料：
1、本人有效护照及签证的原件和复印件；
2、填写《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》，粘贴一张近期二寸半身正面免冠照片；
3、提供《境外人员临时住宿登记表》（住宾馆、酒店者除外）；
4、提供房产证明原件及复印件；
5、经济来源证明（汇票，存折，现金卡等）或者经国内公证机关公证的经济担保书或者经济自保书；
6、外籍配偶还须提供婚姻证明，外籍子女还须提供出生证明或者亲属关系证明。境外机构出具的有关证明须经我国驻外使馆或者领馆认证。
二、签证补办
持新护照的外国人申请补办签证，除上述所需材料外，还须提供下列材料：
1、因丢失护照领取新护照者，提供公安机关出入境管理部门出具的护照报失证明或者外国驻华使馆、领馆照会；
2、因护照即将到期或者签证用完等情况领取新护照者，须提供本次入境时所持护照；
3、对在中国境内出生的，单独持有护照的婴儿，须提供外籍婴儿的出生证明及父母双方的外国护照复印件。
三、注意事项
1、外国人申请签证、居留许可，必须按照中国政府主管部门的有关规定缴纳费用；
2、上述可以申请签证、居留许可的有效期及签证的入境次数，应以公安机关出入境管理部门最终批准的结果为准；
3、对在中国非法居（停）留或具有其它违法行为的外国人或责任人，公安机关将依法予以处罚；
4、公安机关出入境管理部门有权依法拒发外国人签证、证件，对已发出的签证、证件有权吊销或宣布作废，受理、审批、签发签证、证件需5个工作日。

Instructions of Application for Visas
(For Chinese with Foreign Nationality Purchasing House Properties in
Guangzhou)
I.Application for visa
Chinese with foreign nationality aged 60 or above purchasing house properties in Guangzhou,their spouses and children(under the age of 18), shall enter China with Visa L.In applying for
visas, you are obliged to answer relevant inquiries and submit the following documents:
1.The original and photocopy of your valid paport and Chinese visa;
2.A form of Application for Visa and Residence Permit which you have filled correctly, and
one of your recent paport-size 2 inch photos(full face without hat);
3.Registration Forms of Temporary Accommodation for Aliens by local street police station
(excluding those lodging at guesthouse or hotel);
4.The original and photocopy of the certificate of the ownership your house property;
5.Evidence of the source of finance(in the forms of drafts, bank deposit certificates, cash
cards, etc)or affidavit of financial support or evidence of financial self-guarantee notarized by
Domestic notary offices;
6.Your spouse with foreign nationality shall submit marriage certificate;your children with
foreign nationalities shall submit their birth certificates or kindred certificates as well.All the evidence iued by foreign institutes should be verified by the Chinese embay or
consulate in that country.II.Re-Application for visa
Aliens holding new paports shall re-apply for visas.Besides all the requirements
mentioned above, additional documents shall be submitted as follows:
1.Those who have lost your paports and obtained new paports shall submit certificates of
reporting the lost paports iued by the department of entry-exit administration of public security
organs or the diplomatic notes from your embaies or consulates in China;
2.Those who have obtained new paports due to your paports expiring or running out of
visa pages should submit your paports used on your current entry;
3.Alien infants born in China with an independent paport shall submit their birth
certificates and photocopies of their parents’ paports.III.Notices
1.Aliens applying for visas and residence permits shall pay visa and certificate fees to the
prescribed rates set by competent authorities of the Chinese Government;
2.The validity period of visas and its number of entries or residence permits shall be taken as the final decision by Division of Exit and Entry Administration of Public Security organs;
3.Penalties shall impose on aliens who illegally stay in China or in violation of other Chinese laws or on persons responsible for such violations by the public security organs in accordance with the law;
4.The Division of Exit and Entry Administration of Public Security organ has the power to refuse to iue visas and certificates or to cancel or annul visas and certificates already iued.Handling, examining applications and iuing visas and certificates will need five working days.IV.Office Time and Addre：
