教学目标：
一、知识技能：
1、学习理解本单元的新单词：reduce ,reuse, neceary, plastic ,repair, china, care ,等，掌握它们的基本含义及方法，并能准确地加以运用。
2、能在写作方面使用恰当的词语正确的表达想要陈述的句子。
二、过程方法：
1、通过材料泛听、教材精讲、材料精读的过程和方法对本节课的具体知识点做一个系统的讲解。
2、通过教材安排的写作环节锻炼学生的英语运用能力，结束本课教学。
三、情感态度与价值观：
通过对环境污染现象和环境保护问题的了解，培养学生环保意识，鼓励学生才与到环保活动中去。教学重点、难点：
1、掌握和理解下列单词、短语的基本含义及用法：reduce ,reuse, neceary, plastic ,repair, china, care2、准确、熟练地运用本单元所学的词汇进行听、说、读的训练 教学过程：

一、复习检测: 检查词汇预习：以小组为单位互查单词预习情况。
二、课前导入：通过看绿颜色让学生思考能够联想到的问题，green

三、多层阅读：
一读：总体阅读，快速阅读全文，完成下列两个问题：

Change.....into......表示“把......变成......”。
如:We can change ice into water by heating it.（二）、依据提示复述课文:以小组为单位，尝试复述课文。
