本单元教具准备：图片、单词卡、录音机、伴奏带、实物若干、挂图 课时安排 ：6课时：
第一课时： Listen and find out what's in the box.第二课时：Listen and say the chant.Where are the book,pencil,ruler and eraser? 第三课时：Mime the action story.Listen and fill in the numbers.第四课时：Find the ten hidden words.True or false?Correct the false statemerts.Put the words in the correct order.第五课时：A story：The sofa.第六课时：Read the text.Look,match and write.Unit 8:My room 教学内容：Unit 8:My room(第一课时)教学目的：会读会认所学单词
教学重难点：1。单词的读音 2．掌握单词的意思
教具准备：单词卡，课前学生自己制作单词卡片。录音机。
教学步骤：
一、New words teaching.1．Show the pictures and ask students“What's this ?” 2．Read these words after the teacher.3．The group read words one by one.二、Match:以小组为单位展开比赛每对一次获小红旗一个。
1.The teacher choose some pictures,then the students read the words as quickly as they can.2.教师不发出声音只动嘴巴，让学生根据其嘴形猜猜单词。
三、Activity.1.After teacher reading some words,the students choose the picture,then show them to teacher.2.The group's practice:一人读单词，其余三人找相应的单词卡，比一比，看谁快！3,Game:”Be quick!”
把所有单词卡贴在黑板上，点两名同学站在前排，请另一名同学读其中一个单词，当他读完后，这两名同学开始抢这一单词卡片，谁拿到谁赢！
四、Writing practice.教师在四线格上示范书写“mirror,lamp”两个单词，学生拿出课堂练习本书写“lamp,mirror,picture,sofa,wardrobe”五个单词。

一、Review the words.1.Show the words :in,on,under,behind.2.教师一边读，一边做出手势表达相应的意思；学生跟着读和做。3.Game:Be quick!老师边读边出示相应的卡片，学生则做出相应的手势，看谁做得快！
二、New leon beginning.1.课前做一点准备工作：Put a pencil on the blackboard.Put a ruler behind the curtains.Put a English under the telerison.2.告诉学生我藏了一只铅笔，一把尺子，一本英语书在教室里。
Ask them:Where's my pencil?Where's my ruler?Where's my book?并将这三句话写到黑板上。引导学生用“The…is(on/behind/under)the…”这样的句型回答提问。
三、The group's activity.1.教师出示Part 3挂图，Ask the students:”Where are the book,pencil,ruler and eraser?“ 板书“The…is(in/on/under/behind)the…”
2.点四名同学到讲台上来，一边指着图一边回答文具所在的位置。

一、Match 以小组为单位开展比赛，每赢一次夺得一面小红旗。1.Find the ten hidden words 2.教师读出隐藏单词：黑板上出示四张表格，看哪一组同学能齐心协力在最快时间内把10个隐藏的单词找到谁就赢。每人最多上台一次以最快速度圈出单词。3.出示10张单词卡片，请学生做小老师带读。
二、True or false? Correct the false statements.1.出示第7部分的图，教师读出书中的六句话，学生根据图判断这六句话是对是错，看看谁最快！
2.如果学生回答“错误!”教师则加问“Why ?”请学生找出错误。3.请同学们打开书，快速→修改错误的单词。
4.Practice:同桌根据图互相问答：一人用there…be 句型描述，另一人判断正误。

教具准备：Part 10图画一张，学生自带白纸。
教学步骤：
一、Listen to the text 1.教师朗读《My claroom》请同学们拿出白纸，将自已听到的重要信息（单词、句子）写在纸上。
2.小组汇报：在教室里有些什么事物，答对一个加一分。3.请一位学生朗读《My claroom》，请同学们拿出笔，根据所听画出教室的布局图。4.教师出示Part 10图画，与之最接近的学生制图将获得“最佳听力小能手”。
二、Read the text.1.教师带领学生读一遍。2.同桌互相练习。
3.把文章分为四个部分，四个大组合作朗读。
4.将自已的制图拿出来，在图上事物旁边用英文标上名称。
5.模仿此课文：小组为单位，写篇小短文介绍自已的教室（可以想象）。
三、Review:Part 12:Look,match and write.1.播放录音，请同学们根据所听进行表演，激发兴趣。2.在书上完成此练习。
