一、教学内容：
A部分Listen,read and say.二、教学目标：
1、掌握四会单词season、next、summer、autumn、best、spring、winter。
2、掌握三会单词cool、windy、countryside、rain、warm、most、because、snowman、cloudy、rainy、go rowing and fishing。
3、听、说、读、写句子What's the weather like...? Which season do you like best? I like ….4、能熟练阅读A部分并理解其意思。
三、教学重难点：
1、熟读理解A部分对话。
2、进一步掌握并灵活运用所学的句型进行交流。
四、课前准备：
1、课件、录音机
2、课前写好本课的课题6B.Unit 5 The seasons(A)
五、教学过程： Step1.Warming up
1、Greetings:
T: Good morning, boys and girls.How are you ?
2、Free talk:
T:What day is it today?
T:What’s the date today ?
T:What’s the weather like today ?
学习warm,sunny,rainy or windy(同时课件展示相应的天气图片，让学生更直观的理解)
T: Is everyone here?
T: How many students are there in your cla?
T: Do you know ,how many seasons are there in a year？（学习seasons）
......Step2.Presentation1、学习“seasons”，并板书带读。（在Free talk中，通过用How many句型的交谈引出单词seasons的学习，注意强调 ea/i:/和 s/z/ 的发音）
2、出示课件（spring,summer,autumn,winter）学习四个季节。（通过以上的铺垫，学习四个季节，过渡自然、直观，更利于学生的理解）
3、通过句型What’s the weather like today ?转换成What’s the weather like in spring/summer/autumn/winter? It's...学习相对应的天气形容词：warm、hot、cool、cold...（环节过度自然，更加深学生对句型的理解与灵活的运用）
4、Play a game : Look and say.(全班分4组进行抢答。如：课件展示相应的图片：spring,What’s the weather like in spring？It's warm.回答的又快又准确的小组得一颗星。)
结合本课的内容，结合学生的年龄特点，将本课的重点词句以游戏的形式进行练习，容易引起学生的注意，提高学生参与学习活动的质量，把单词渗透其中，既帮助了学生记忆新单词，锻炼了学生的语言交际能力，又能提升学习兴趣，可谓一举两得。
5、课件展示每个季节及可以做的事情并学习句型：
A:Which season do you like best ?
B:I like …best.A:Why ?
B:Because…
在游戏的基础上,学生能够掌握关于天气的基本特征，然后结合多媒体课件，给学生创设一种贴近生活的场景，把语言放入真实的生活中操练，容易引起学生的共鸣，让学生觉得学习语言并不是在真空中进行的，而是在生活中应用的，与我们的生活是息息相关的。T: Boys and girls, spring is my favourite season.I like spring best.Which season do you like best? 师生对话并学习生词。
6、出示课件，看动画并完成课件上的填空。
由于农村小学生独特的生活环境，导致他们的英语听说能力较弱，为了提高学生的听说能力，在课文教学时，要设置一些合理的练习，让学生操练。通过欣赏动画，创造一种有声有色的学习环境，调动学生的学习积极性。让学生思考，并完成填空。
7、出示课件，核对答案。
因为本课的对话长、生词多、涉及的语法现象也较多，学生学习有一定的难度，让学生总结：“在不同的季节，有哪些不同的特征及可以做什么。”为了学习课文打下坚实的伏笔。Step3.Practice1、Watch the cartoon together.2、Read the dialogue after the tape.3、Read the dialogue by yourselves.4、Read the dialogue in groups and then read it together.Step4.Homework1、Look at the picture and make a dialogue.2、Read the text four times.3、Try to act the dialogue with your partners.
