一、教材分析
本课是人教版《新目标》Go for it 八年级英语上册第八单元Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake?第一课时，本节课以制作香蕉奶昔为话题，主要谈论一些常见的家庭饮食方面的制作方法，通过丰富多彩的口语练习，掌握制作方法的同时，又在语言情境中，对一些动作加以区分和应用，熟练掌握这些动词 turn on , turn off, cut up , pour , peel , put in , drink的表达方式和口语中的提问方式，同时还要学习掌握一些新名词 shake , blender , yogurt , honey等。
二、教学目标
1、知识与技能目标
①正确掌握词汇及短语，并初步记住shake ,milk shake, blender , yogurt , honey ,turn on , turn off, cut up , pour , peel , put in的意义和拼写形式。
②掌握句型 ─How do you make a banana milk shake? ─First, peel the bananas and cut them up....以及表示先后顺序的词 First...next...then...finally...…
2、过程与方法目标
1.学生正确掌握制作奶昔的过程和步骤，并运用动词和动词短语讨论如何制作奶昔。
2.引导学生实际操作制作奶昔的过程，同时培养学生的合作意识。
3、情感、态度与价值观目标
①通过制作食物的介绍, 培养学生的实际生活能力, 了解生活知识, 增长生活阅历, 培养实践操作能力和动手能力。
②通过食物制作过程的介绍, 让学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易, 使之懂得不能浪费食物, 珍惜他人的劳动成果。

First peel the bananas , then cut up the bananas, next pour the milk into the blender, finally pour the milk shake into a gla and drink it.难点: Use the verb phrases to talk about how to make milk shake.四、学情分析
本课内容生动活泼，容易激发学生的兴趣。初二的学生经过几年的英语学习已经积累了一些语言知识，掌握了一定的语言技能，再加上本单元前几课的学习铺垫，在此基础上来开展 本课的学习是切实有效的。
五、教学过程

Step 3.Presentation 1.New words.Show pictures and learn new words: milk shake, blender ,turn on , cut up , pour , peel；Follow the teacher to read many times.2.Show a picture and find out what ingredients and tools we need to make a banana milk shake.Then work on 1a.Students write the words in 1a in the picture.Then check the answers.Step 4.Listening
