2A UNIT2 AT THE MARKET(Part B&C)

一、教学内容.牛津小学英语2A Unit5 At the market B&C部分第一教时,学生能够初步会读、会说4个蔬菜类单词:carrot, bean, tomato, potato及其复数形式: carrots, beans, tomatoes, potatoes,能够初步了解名词单数和复数形式的区别。学会运用句型 “They are …s/es.”来描述物品,进行交流。学生能演唱本单元歌曲《At the market》。

二、教学目标.知识目标:1.学生能够理解、会说单词carrot, bean, tomato, potato及其复数形式: carrots, beans, tomatoes, potatoes.2.学生能够理解、会说句型 “They are …s/es.”来描述物品。

能力目标: 学生能够初步了解名词单数和复数形式的区别,并会运用句型 “They are …s/es.”来描述物品,进行交流。

三、教学重点.1.4个蔬菜类单词:carrot, bean, tomato, potato及其复数形式:carrots, beans, tomatoes, potatoes。2.句型 “They are …s/es.”

四、教学难点.1.单词:carrot, bean, tomato, potato及其复数形式:carrots, beans, tomatoes, potatoes的正确读音。

2.句型 “They are …s/es.”中 they “th”[ð]读音 3.句型 “They are …s/es.”的正确运用。

五、教学准备.PPT, word cards, fruit& vegetables pictures, paper bags.六、教学过程.Step 1: Warming up.(5’)1.Free talk T: How are you?

(1)Ss: I’m hungry.T: A mango/pear/banana for you.(2)Ss: I’m fine.T: I’m hungry.Who’s hungry, too? A mango/ pear/ banana for you.Step 2: Presentation(15’)1.T:Where can you see them?

Ss: On the farm/ in the supermarket….T: We can see them at the market.(teach: at the market)

T: Now we are at the market 2.T: What can you see at the market?

S:a banana, a mango….T: One banana?

T: I can see bananas.T: What else can you see at the market?

S: apples, pears, peaches(注意发音), mangoes…(略提 s/ es)3.Show a part of a picture of a carrot.T: Is this a banana?

Ss: No, it isn’t.It’s a carrot.(teach: a carrot)

T: Who can say “carrot”?

Ss say the word one by one with a carrot card.T put two carrots together to teach: carrots

Ss practice saying the word with partners gathering their cards together An activity: Train, train, go, go, go!

The best group is the Group of carrots.Group2,3,4 count: 1 carrot,2 carrots, 3 carrots… 4.Show a picture of a bean.T: Is this a carrot?

Ss: No, it isn’t.It’s a bean.(teach: a bean)

Ss say the word one by one with a bean card in their hands.T put two beans together to teach: beans

Ss practice saying the word with partners gathering their cards together

T: Group two, you’re beans.Let’s count beans.Group1,3,4 count: 1 bean,2 beans, 3 beans… Say a chant:

One bean, two beans, three beans,four.Five beans, six beans, seven beans more.Ask some students to practice.(过渡语:Look, it’s so round and so nice.Is that the moon?)5.Teach: a tomato

Ss say the word one by one with a tomato card in their hands.T put two tomatoes together to teach: tomatoes

Ss practice saying the word with partners gathering their cards together(先齐读后只让第3组读)

T: They are tomatoes.teach: They are

Ask some Ss to say “They are tomatoes/ carrots/ beans” 6.Play a game: What are miing?

Ss: Mi Li, they are….Teach: a potato

Ss say the word one by one with a potato card in their hands.T put two potatoes together to teach: potatoes

Ss practice saying the word with partners gathering their cards together(先齐读后只让第4组读)

Group1,2,3 point to group4: Potatoes, potatoes, they are potatoes.Ask some Ss to say “They are carrots/ beans/ tomatoes.”

Step 3: Sing a song(8’)

1.T show the picture of the market.Where are we? What can we see? A chant: At the market, we can see,tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and beans.2.Let’s do it with the music.Sing the song

Step 4: Consolidation.(12’)

1.T:Mi Li is hungry now.Can you buy sth for me?

Let’s go to the market.Ss: They are ….s/es.2.Summerize.Read the words: a carrot, carrots, they are carrots.…

Fruits and vegetables are good for your health.水果和蔬菜有益于身体健康。

Carrots, beans, tomatoes, potatoes, they are good.千万不要挑食哦!

Step 5: homework.1.听录音跟读B部分单词,记一记,读一读它们的复数形式哦!

2.找找家里有没有我们今天学过的蔬菜,用“It’s a…”或者“They are…s/es.”向爸爸妈妈用英语介绍一下。
