一、比赛规则
1、朗读顺序：比赛前抽签决定。
2、朗读时间：演讲时间5--8分钟，每超时10秒扣掉2分，不足10秒按10秒计算。
3、朗读比赛评分：采取100分制。
二、评分标准
1、朗读内容（40分）
主题鲜明、中心突出，结构严谨、层次清晰，内容健康、联系实际，选材典型。
2、演讲有声语言(30分)
语音标准，声音洪亮，语速适当，语调仰扬顿挫，富有变化。
3、朗读态势技能(20分)
表情丰富，动作得体、手势自然，服装适宜。
4、整体效果（10分）
可脱稿朗读，节奏把握好，内涵与表情相结合，以情感人，以形传神，感染力强。可用PPT音乐辅助朗读。三、评分办法 1、比赛设12名评委，现场打分；
2、去掉一个最高分和一个最低分，取平均分；
3、选手最后得分精确到小数点后一位，若出现同分，则精确到后两位，依此类推；
4、根据总分的高低评出特等、一、二、三等奖及优秀奖。

朗读者精神饱满，能较好地运用姿态、动作、手势、表情，表达对演讲稿的理解。
【主体形象】 10分
朗读者着装朴素端庄大方，举止自然得体，有风度，富有艺术感染力。
【会场效果】 10分
朗读具有较强的吸引力、感染力和号召力，能较好地与听众感情融合在一起，营造良好的朗读效果。
