一、演讲主题和内容
演讲比赛以“创先争优，争当先锋”为主题，以颂扬建党90年来的伟大成就、颂扬先进典型人物为主要内容，引导基层党组织和党员发挥战斗堡垒和先锋模范作用，努力创建先进基层党组织，积极争当优秀共产党员，在全校营造深入开展创先争优活动的浓厚氛围。

主办：中共华南理工大学委员会；

四、赛事安排

五、比赛规则
1.参赛选手出场顺序由现场抽签决定。2.参赛选手的演讲时间不超过5分钟。3.决赛着装要求正装，演讲时如需配备视频展示、背景音乐或其他事项的，由参赛者自己准备，并于赛前交至筹备小组。4.现场评委将从演讲内容、语言表达、仪表风范、综合印象等方面进行评分。
