各位老师、同学们：
上午好！今天我国旗下讲话的题目是《向雷锋同志学习 做雷锋精神传人》。Good morning,everyone!Today my topic is to Learn from Comrade Lei Feng,to be Lei Feng spiritual heir.今年是毛泽东等老一辈无产阶级革命家发出“向雷锋同志学习”的伟大号召五十一周年。五十一年前，《人民日报》发表了毛泽东的题词“向雷锋同志学习”。从此全国开展了轰轰烈烈的学习雷锋活动，并定3月5日为学习雷锋纪念日。This year is fifty-one anniversary ,is iued by Mao Zedong and other proletarian revolutionaries “Learn from Comrade Lei Feng” great call.Fifty-one years ago, “People's Daily” published Mao's inscription “Learn from Comrade Lei Feng.” Since then the country has carried out a vigorous learning from Lei Feng activities, and set March 5th as Lei Feng Memorial day.为了让雷锋精神继续发扬光大，让我们身边的活雷锋不断涌现，我代表学 校向全体学生发出以下倡议：
In order to continue to carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng, let us continue to emerge around the living Lei Feng.I represent the school to iue the following proposal to all the students:
第一、学习雷锋的奉献精神。在班级中，要从我做起，从小事做起，积极主动地干好各项班务工作。
Firstly, learning from Lei Feng spirit of dedication.In the cla, we should begin from me, from the trivial, and actively do the cla works.第二、学习雷锋的助人为乐精神。在学习和生活中，对待身边的同学，要有爱心。热情关心老人,争当爱心小使者。
Secondly, learning from Lei Feng spirit of helping others.In learning and in life, treat the students around, there must be love.Care for the older warmly.Striving to little love meenger.第三、学习雷锋的集体主义精神。要自觉遵守学校规章制度。不打架，不骂人。要自觉爱护公共财物。
Thirdly, learning from Lei Feng spirit of collectivism.We should consciously abide by the rules of the school.Do not fight, do not curse.To take good care of public property
第四、学习雷锋的钉子精神。上课专心听讲，积极动脑，踊跃发言，争当勤奋好学、勇于创新的好学生。
