“ After all , tomorrow is another day.” is her optimistic attitude towards life , she has used almost half of her life to love a wrong person.she is so brave and stubborn that she is unable to understand true love and true friendship until she looses them.But , as what she says , she has her outstanding talent to deal with life and pursuits what she has lost.Yes , she is the right woman whose name is Scarlett!she is such a special woman that she can live through all the hardships of the Civil War and Reconstruction although she has once lived as a prince.she has married three man , but she never value them.In her mind , things don’t belong to her is the best.So , she regard when she finds what is the best thing is that the things once belong to her.When you dead the novel , you company her , When she is happy , you smile.When she is suffering , You feel sad.You will never hate her because she is so real and never give up!
Scarlett is not a very beautiful woman , she exhibits more of her father’s hard-headedne than her mother’s refined Southern manners.At the beginning of the novel , Scarlett is a proud prince , many young men in Tara loves her deeply, she owns whatever she wants.But everything changes when her Mr.Right Ashley tells her that he is going to marry another woman Melanie.Scarlett can’t accept it and marry Melanie’s brother Charles to get back on them.But , even herself doesn’t believe that is real and think her behavior is crazy.Not long after that , the Civil War break out.Charles dies on the war and Scarlett gives birth to a baby.But Charles never changes her love about Ashley.Rhett hears Scarlett and Ashley’s talk about Ashley’s marriage.And Scarlett doesn’t understand why he keeps insulting her , but she finds that she sometimes hopes to see him and doesn’t hates him as she used to.However , stubborn Scarlett can’t forget her Ashley and denies that she begins to love Rhett.The war makes everything worse , and brave Scarlett decides to go back to her hometown Tara.With the help of Rhett , Scarlett go back safely.But the situation is very difficult for her , a woman.To survive her family , Scarlett has to find the food1
herself and pick the cotton.And all this changes Scarlett completely.She becomes rude and impatient , and even kill a solider!But her crazy love about Ashley never changes.Rhett has always helped her and asks her to be his lover , Scarlett of course refuses him.When the war is over , the situation still isn’t good.Ashley comes back , but to protect his father’s farm , Scarlett marries her sister’s fiancé.After the second husband dies , Scarlett regrets not treating him and her first husband well.Rhett marries Scarlett , but Scarlett still loves Ashley , which hurts Rhett deeply.After Scarlett and Rhett’s little daughter die in accident , Rhett runs away from home.Melanie dies when she gives birth to her second child.Not this moment does Scarlett wares that her real friend is Melanie and her real husband is Rhett.The worst is that Ashley is not as excellent as her thought.Facing all this , brawny Scarlett doesn’t feel hopele , she just goes to bed and says calmly : “After all , tomorrow is another day.”
This is our Scarlett , She is the one who dares to do what she thinks is right , doesn’t care about secular ethics.She lives her life without thinking about others’ ideas.She pursuits what she wants no matter whether it is right.But she never give up and struggle against fate whenever troubles are coming.Rhett loves Scarlett , he knows that they are the same kind of person , to win her heart , he runs up all his love and hurt deeply by Scarlett.So he chooses to leave.Rhett is a very clever man , he frauds and threatens people to survive , and does illegal busine to own money , but he loves Scarlett full-hearted , and his love is real.When he leaves , Scarlett finds he is her true love.Melanie is a traditional good woman , even other people tells her that they see Scarlett and Ashley hugging each other , Melanie is still unwilling to suspect her.Although Scarlett looks on Melanie as rival in love , when she dies Scarlett finds that she is in fact her guardian.As Rhett says , Ashley is a right person who is born in the wrong age.He loves Scarlett , but just could say sorry to her , he care too much about prestige.When Melanie dies , he gets so incapable.And that’s when Scarlett discovers that she loves the wrong person , Ashley isn’t her Mr.Right.Because it is Rhett who always gives him a hand at these difficult moments , while Ashley could do nothing to change the situation.No man is perfect.And the most important thing is the thing we are poeing now , not the things don’t belong to us.After all , tomorrow is another day.The author uses ten years to tell us.And they are the charms of this novel.The most important thing l have leant from Scarlett is that – people can’t defeated by difficult , they are defeated by themselves.l am a person who is very afraid of failure , so l give up many good opportunities.For l am scared that if l don’t make it , people will laugh at me.And l always do things nervously , having little confidence in myself.Scarlett teaches me that if you don’t try , you will never get it.And don’t regret what you have done , what you need do is to find out how to fetch up it.If you think you are right , just do it.Because you are the people who lead your life , not others.It is right to pursuit good things for the future , but first , we must hold and value what we are poeing tightly.2010年2月23日星期二
