《One Minute Manager 》作者 Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson,首次出版:1982年,《一分钟经理人》One Minute Manager读后感。主要讲述一个年轻人在寻找最有效的经理人过程中认识到One Minute Manager的价值,并想成为其中一员,通过不断的学习揭示了一分钟经理人的技巧。

“一分钟经理人”的三个管理技巧即:

一分钟目标-One-minute Goals

一分钟称赞-One-minute praisings

一分钟批评-One-minute Reprimands

这三个简单实用的秘诀浓缩了管理的精髓:目标明确具体,奖惩及时到位。

“一分钟目标”即用精练的语言描述目标,让员工认同目标,设定目标标准,发挥员工潜力;

One-minute goals setting:

-Agree on your goals

-See what good behavior looks like

-Write out each of your goals on a single sheet of paper using le than 250 words

-Read and re-read each goal which require only a minute or so each time you do it

-Take a minute every once in a while out of your day to look at your performance and

-See whether or not your behavior matches your goal

“一分钟称赞”即及时肯定员工业绩,注重并利用员工对称 赞的心理反馈,鼓励员工继续努力并支持其走向成功;

One-minute praising works:

-Tell people up front that you are going to let them know how they are doing

-praise people immediately

-Tell people what they did right be specific

-Tell people how good you feel about what they did right ,and how it helps the organization andthe other people who work there

-Stop for a moment of silence to let them feel how good you feel

-Encourage them to do more of the same

-Shake hands or touch people in a way that make it clear that you support their succe in the organization

“一分钟批评”即要及时批评,并指出错误导致的后果,讲究批评艺术,运用情感诱导,读后感《《一分钟经理人》One Minute Manager读后感》。

One-minute reprimand works:

-Tell people beforehand that you are going to let them know how they are doing and in no uncertain way

-Reprimand people immediately

-Tell people what they did wrong be specific

-Tell people how good you feel about what they did wrong , and in no uncertain way

-Stop for a few second of uncomfortable silence to let them feel how you feel

-Shake hands or touch people in a way that lets them know you are honestly on their side

-Remind them how much you value them

-Reaffirm that you think well of them but not of their performance in this situation
