Jane Eyer is one of my favorite novel, I have read this book many times.I always be deeply moved each time I read it, and it’s the first time for me to read it in English, and it touched my heart again.The whole novel is about the growing proce of Jane which is full of struggle and suffering, from Jane, I can see some precious qualities－equality, activene, wisdom and independence.Although Jane had a very miserable childhood, there is stillsomethingwarm and bright in her childhood, such as Hellen.Hellenis a nice and kind girl, she is also unfortunate, but she is so tolerant that she never complain about the torment she suffered, and she always had hope for her life and keep smiling, she just like an angle in my heart, and it’s she who tell us we should be positive and keep smiling.The love story between Jane andRochester is the climax ofthe novel, I still remember the words which impre me so much from Jane: “Do you think, because I am poor, obscure, plain, and little, I am soulle and heartle? You think wrong!— I have as much soul as you — and full as much heart” from these words we can see her spirit of equality and self-respect, she also has wisdom and soul.Their love seems to be absurd because she
is so ordinary, but she just look for her pure love, she just love the person, Rochester, not his property and position, so their love is pour.Jane never bow to the reality, and finally she succeed, and she tell us :you can shine!
