This is a book that tells us what life is;this is a book that tells us how to love our life;and the book also influences our lives.It is Three Days to See.Recently, I have read Three Days To See, which was written by Helen Keller, a famous deaf and blind strong female writer, educator and speaker from the United States in the 20th century.Through Three Days To See, Helen has shown us a real meaning of life——to cherish, to love, to appreciate.She tells us her thinking and feelings about life and the world.In the book, Helen said that if she had three days to see——the first day, “I want to watch, to see their kind, honest and friendship make my life worth living.I long staring at my teacher, take a look at her mouth and nose, and her all of the body.”The next day,“I want to see the light of the unpredictable and the sunrise, see the sunrise went down, it is to run to where watching the sunrise, I want to explore and research.I will run to the city.to see the famous Museum of Art ”.The third day,“I depend on sunrise because this will be the last day I can see the light I want ordinary people to run around to make a living, imagine if they could have three days to a blind man's identity time to see the world, will do things-including going to look at to help their own people, and to feel the natural taste of the world.” What would we do if we only have three days to see?
Before reading the book, I have never thought what if we only have three days to see.If we only have three days to see, what would we do? What events, what experiences, what aociations should we crowd into those last hours as the abled or mortal beings? For me, I will be panicky, desperate and regretful.It will remind so many things and persons that I have forgotten in the past.If I only have three days to see, I will do as the following:
In the first day, I want to watch, to take a look at my parents and my brother and keep their appearance in my mind.I want to see what my family and my hometown is.In the second day, I want to watch, to take a look at my friends, to keep their smiles in my mind.In the third day, I want to see nature, to feel the sunshine, appreciate the blue sky and white clouds and so on.I want to remember beautiful views what I have seen.After reading the book, I realize that I am so fortunate that I have seen many beautiful views in my life and I am going to appreciate more in the future.Helen's words made me understand that there are too many valuable things in life, do not wait until losing it after the treasure.
