My Opinion about 《The Power of The Company》
With the development of the society and the economic, more and more companies come up and have been playing an increasingly important role in our day-to-day life.Recently, the TV program of CCTV-2 called 《The Power of The Company》 has aroused people‟s concern.I watched the first part called 《Company!Company!》on last Saturday.It shook me so much that I can hardly image the great power of the company.“Since the appearance of the railroad timetable in1883,humanbeings were not able to follow the God any more.Since then,human‟s time took the place of the God‟s time.All that changed the situation is an organization called „Company‟.What‟more,the company changed not only the time,but also the whole world..”The program focused on describing how powerful the company is in order to encourage the young people.It used a large number of examples to tell us the varities of accomplishments that the company had acquired.”In the past,the company had changed the organizations,the systems,the cultures and the lifestyles;In the modern time,the company has changed the mothod that people get along with and the rules that countries compete with.”The company has influenced almost every aspect of social life.It is the major participant to produce wealth;It improve people‟s life quality;It‟s a great reformation in the history.Although it gave some examples to show the negative aspects of the company in the last ten minuites,we can easily get the summary that company is a great(almost the greatest)inventure in human‟s history.And the keystone of the company is market economy.There is no doubt that company has taken great effect in human‟s dailylife.I quite agree the opinion that the program holds.But I think the program has its weakne that it focused too much on the company‟s power and ignored the importance of other things during the company work.It imbued us with the idea that company is the greatest thing in the world.I am concerned about whether it will lead us to a wrong value judgment.For example,it said “What changed this situation is not religon,policy or science itelf,but an organization called company”.Does it mean the railroad timetable has no relation with science?Or does it mean company is more important than science,policy and any other things? I am seriously doubt about that.I can hardly believe that a company will work well without science,policy or any other things.Besides,the program had emphasized too much on the company‟s positive aspects that the company‟s negative effects only took up a small percentage.I think it is not very objective.As the limitation of the market economy has gradually emerged in modern society,the medias should try their best to inform the public of the danger of the market economic and the company.Only in this way can people live a peaceful life.Anyway,I have learned a lot of knowledge about company‟s power from this program.All in all, we cannot live without company.But at the same time we must try to find out proper ways to cope with the problems that would arise in case of the limitation of the market economy.09英本（商务）BOBO
