Good morning, honorable teachers.My name is XX.Thank you for giving me this chance.Here, I’d like to share a story with you.During my teaching last summer, I met a young girl, who was only ten years old and hadn’t learnt English before.Because there was no English courses in her school and her will deprived her from learning English in any training institution.This kind of situation worried her father very much.Through face-to-face talking between his father and me, my sense of responsibility, my love to kids and my teaching concept had totally won his trust over.So he brought his daughter to my cla and encouraged her to have a try.Absolutely, this little girl was not willing at all in the beginning.I took her by the hand to a seat and comforted her with my hand touching her hair.I said, “ Rongrong, you are so adorable and smart.You know, English is not that boring and not difficult at all.Instead, it’s very interesting.And we’ll play many games in our course.Let’s have a try.If you still don’t like English after this piece of course, you can go home whenever you like and needn’t come back.Ok?” she agreed.Considering that she was only ten years old, I decided to teach her in playing games.So I bought some colorful letter models with magnetism.And I taught her the 26 letters and new words with these models instead of writing on blackboard.To my happine, she found it very interesting and learnt very quickly.She liked it and never mied my cla.Several days later, she had already loved English.I think every kid is smart.They can learn everything well.All they need is our courage, patient guide and love.Hope I can be a teacher in your school and have a chance to teach these wonderful kids.Thank you.
