Corporate rate and expire date
协议价是基于这样的理解而制定：即甲方将在可能的情况下引导其职员或客户入住乙方，乙方将向甲方提供最优惠的房价和最舒适、温馨的入住环境。
This corporate rate was made under: Party A will guide its workers to stay in Party B if poible, Party B will provide the best price and service to Party A.产量回顾
酒店将每半年进行一次产量回顾，入住率较高的客户将优先享受本酒店提供的优惠活动。Production Review

are non-commiionable. The agreement include breakfast(double).Not available in trail operation. The hotel receptionist may request a busine card of the guest upon check in.在旺季的各段时间及法定节假日，甲方如需入住酒店，应当提前两天以上进行预订，如因甲方未及时预订而造成无房入住的情况，乙方不承担相应责任。
Party A should make bookings two days in advance in peak period and national holiday, Party B will not take any responsibility if the bookings are not made two days in advance.甲方职员能享受以下优惠条件：

以上协议价格仅适用于协议公司职员及客户接待入住。商务会议，展会的价格将另议。以上的房价是不可提取佣金的，并且只适用于甲方的订房。如果甲方将来指定某一旅行社代理订房事宜，甲方有义务向其说明该协议价，乙方没有向旅行社支付佣金的责任。
There is no commiion for all rates and the rate only applies for party A reservation.If party A designates a travel agency to deal with reservations, party A has the responsibility to explain the corporate rate and party B does not need to pay the commiion to the travel agency.三、订房与取消预订
Reservation and cancellation
1.预订方法Reservation methods :

2.普通预订： 甲方在正常情况下可以通过以上预定方法，提前进行预订并注明客人姓名、抵店日期、离店日期、房间数等，乙方以回转确认并注明预定号为准，乙方优先保证甲方客人用房，一般情况下，以甲方保留预订时间到晚18:00。如贵公司(甲方)及到达时间,乙方将根据酒店当天入住情况尽量保留甲方订房.Normal reservation: In normal situation, party A can make the reservations in advance with the
above reservation methods and indicates the names of the guests, arriving date, departyure date, number of rooms and so on.party B will send the fax back to confirm the reservations with reservation number.party B will guarantee the reservation and keep it till 6pm of reservation date.If party A needs keep the reservation from 6pm till the time the guest arrives at, it's better to indicate guest's contact information and the arriving time.Then party B will keep the reservation for party A subject to the availability.3.取消预订： 应于当日晚18:00之前通知酒店前台。否则，如果18:00以后，无特别通知到店时间或非担保预订的话，预订将自动取消。
Cancellation: The cancellation must be informed to the hotel reception before 6pm.However,the reservation will be canceled automatically if late arrival has not been advised in advance or it is not guarantee reservation.4.担保预订：在旺季期间，乙方会视情况要求甲方对预订进行担保。请甲方在进行预订时注意届时适用的销售条款。
Guarantee: during the peak period, Party B will guarantee books depend on the circumstances.Please pay attention to the sales provision while booking.四、付款方式
Payment
1.酒店将默认所有费用将由贵公司（甲方）职员自行支付。
It is default that all the expenses in the hotels are paid by the employees of party A.2.*******不接受赊账，如贵公司（甲方）按月结账，需预付押金，同时酒店开具收据。Suzhou International Hotel is unable to extend credit facility.If party A would like to settle invoices monthly a pre-paid floating deposit will be required for such facility.3.如需以支票等形式交纳预付金，请在客人抵店三天前交纳，以款项到达我酒店账户为准，否则将收取客人押金。
For pre-paid deposits paid by check,it must be received by the hotel three days before the guest arrival, or the guest may be required to settle the account directly.4.如贵公司（甲方）不再续签合同，于截至日期前一个月通知乙方，乙方将在一个月内办理退款手续。
If party A does not need to continue the contract, please inform party B one month prior to the expiry date of the contact.party B will make the refund procedure within one month.五、本协议期为年月日至年月日止，协议经双方代表签字盖章之日生效，合作期满后，须重新签订合作合同。

六、本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，未尽事宜由甲乙双方协商解决，由于不可抗力因素，致使协议无法履行，经双方协调后可提前终止协议。与本协议有关的任何纠纷，双方应协商解决，协商不成的，任何一方均可向酒店所在地的人民法院提起诉讼。
There are two copies of this agreement.Each copy will kept by party A and party B.The unaccomplished matter will be discued by party A and party B together.If on account of unforeseen factors,the agreement cannot be fulfilled it can be terminated prematurely after
discuion between both party.七、本协议以中英文书写，如中英文文本有不一致的，以中文文本为准。
