29日上午，省政府与海航集团在长沙签署了战略合作框架协议，双方将在航空旅游、现代物流、综合商贸、特色金融产业等领域开展全面合作。省委书记周强，省长徐守盛出席签署仪式并会见了海航集团董事局董事长陈峰一行。
根据战略合作框架协议，海航集团将充分发挥在航空领域的产业链条集合优势，在湘设立航空运输分公司或运营基地，增加运力投放，参与推动湖南机场业改革建设和临空产业发展，加强与湖南重点旅游企业在市场营销、客源组织等方面的合作；加大在湖南商业零售、酒店业等相关领域投资力度；积极在湘发展现代物流业、金融服务业，参与湖南城乡区域综合开发。省政府将积极提供相关政策支持和协调服务。
