I have been working as an English teacher in JiaoYang English Training Center in XingHe county.JiaoYang English Training Center was founded in XingHe in May, 2003.It has been mainly involved in offering service on profeional after-cla tutoring for middle and primary school students.Now there are about 40 employees work in this training center and it has become the most important large-scale comprehensive education institution in XingHe county after its eight years’ development and are enjoying a high reputation in the field of midddle and primary students training and full recognition among students and parents.After two weeks training ,I received my aingment-72 students.They were divided into two claes,the most of which are in grade four in primary school.I have been in charge of teaching,making aingments on cleaning,recepting students’ parents and other busine.I would like to divide my work into three parts ,before the cla,in the cla and after the cla.Before the cla,you should make a good preparetion for it.Review the leon you will teach ,find out the main knowledge points and make an outline on how to show your cla.For example,when you teach the word’bridge’,you may paint a bridge on the blackboard or you may sing a song ’London Bridge is just falling down’to attract students’attention.When I teach the Leon nine,part five is a short article ’U is a mountain,the mountain is U.Mountain after mountain I can see you.’ I paint mountains on the blackboard and read the part in music tone.To my surprice,some girls in the cla even make some actions just like the words and sentenses from the beginning to the end.They put their right hands together,put it above their eyes to make the word ’see’.After this,I use more body language in my preperation.In the cla, understanding and analyzing students' situation, at the succe of teaching is very important.I came to the school,in which I don't know the students’ basic situation and the foundation, still,I did not pay attention to the role of students in the importance of teaching activities.I started teaching material, books andconstantly paged through the material, managed to keep the claroom vivid, but neglected the content of teaching and students' links.In the first leon, I taught a
word ’ tiger’.I say ‘it is a cruel animal living in the woods’.I taught the students to read and spell the word several times.I thought the word was very easy and they can remenber it.But the reality is le and le people are paying attention to my speaking.When the master told me this,then I began to kmow the importance of it.After cla, I listened to the students’ reaction.I found that the oral English I spoke can't be understood by most students.In rural area ,students’ English ability is relatively weak.Although most of the students began began to learn English from primary school grade three or four, but primary school education in the school even junior high school is not in a relatively high level from hardware to software facilities.Their English study only emphasizes on examination, to have a good score, almost completely ignore listening ability and the ability to speak English, so, students can't adapt to my cla taught by the all English.After cla,you should ask the students’ reaction and make a better preparetion.It was in the fourth day, that a student pa me a note: I like you very much.A sense of accomplishment arised spontaneously.I am really satisfied with that some students can learn knowledge from my cla and really like me.I learned a lot from this mounth.I make a good preparetion in detail,listen to the guidance of teachers modestly,modify the teaching plan carefully,answer the students’ question patiently.I regard every aspect seriously,remodifying the teaching plan after cla,correcting homework and so on.In a word, I think education is an interactive proce, not only the teacher need teaching, but also the students to actively cooperate with the teacher.This proce is very happy, also it is a hard work, but to be a good teacher, I will study hard and learn more.
