陈：Good morining everyone.It's May 10th ,Thursday,2012.Nowadays,there have been arouse a problems, whicht set off some heated discuion in public,that is the educational system.Educcation is closely related to people's daily life.Parens all over the world attach importance to education,they were worried weather their child could get much beter education,weather the child can go to their ideal school.Besides it has its advantages and disadvantages.Today we will invite profeor A and Profeor B to help us analysis the current situation of China education.Welcom 陈：As known to everyone，China is the larggest developing countryin world,and its educationa system are matured day by day.Can you list some advantages about current China education?
杨：Well，30 years ago, China was a country without a primary education.And a large number of new illiterates produced every year.Now, today, after 30 years, there has more than 99% population receiving the nine-year compulsory education.陈：But in some areas,they have already carry out 12-year compulsory education，isn’t they? 杨：Yeah！In some areas, 12-year compulsory education has carried out in testament, but mainly concentrated in the coastal developed areas, not widespread.We can believe that in one day with enough economic strength, would be implemented throughout the country.许：Yes,and China also values the moral education much.The Confucian is a good case in point.When we enter school, teachers would teach us how to behave and the importance of being a noble people.The Confucian plays an important role in our moral development.陈；As I know，Confucian also has a great impact on world,right? 许：Yeah．As we all know, the Confucian is very popular around the world.There are 322 Confucius institutes among 96 countries, and the number is increasing yearly.So it is not hard to know the moral education in China is outstanding.陈：Everything has two coins，China education has its advantages，of course，it also has disadvantages.杨：We can’t deny that there are still some weak links.The seriousne of separate developments is still prominent;especially in the rural areas in the west, the school conditions are really poor.静美：Yeah, the rational difference is really a big problem in china.Many rural school teaching facilities do not meet the State standards indeed.许：well, as far as I am concerned, a very severe problem in China’s educational system is that students are lack of profeional skills and creativity.There is no doubt that our elementary education is constructive, but we learn the knowledge and can’t apply it into practice.龙丽：Students are just in the ivory tower, they really don’t know the outside world.Many Chinese students get a good grade in academic competition, but seldom noble prize winners, which illustrates the problem of our educational system.陈：We have discued many aspect about China education,could you give us some suggestions about how to reform this system? 许：I think teachers need to encourage the students’ creativity, and give more chances for students to present themselves.Developing a student-oriented teaching method is really neceary and immediate.陈：I think lots of audience have seen a video these days.It palyed a father have his son naked and ran in the heavy snow.The father said this kind of punishment education is a short cut to sharp child as talents.How do you like that? 许：I think this kind of punishment education is unacceptable.It not only do harm to children’s mental and physical development, but also can lead to the distortion of succe.People may maintain that being admitted to a prestigious university means great succe.It would also produce large amount of high-degree people , who don’t have real ability.龙丽：Teachers ' treatment and work environment are also important.If teachers work in a better environment, their sense of achievement will be higher.Thereby the cooperation and communication between the teacher and the children would be easier.Government should pay more attention to narrowing the development gap between urban and rural areas.We encourage students and teachers to teach in rural areas.In-turn system between rural and urban is feasible.陈：Thank you!All in all China is developiing,it face great challenges,but we expect it will become better and better.Thank you again and see you nex week.
