1.上班迟到的,处罚10比尔/次,并对你的行为签字。
Late for working, Punished by charging you 10birr/time and sign for your action.Yeroo Hajii Seentan yoo Barfattan namni kammiyyuu adabiin isao qarshii 10.00, kanaaf ni mallatteeitu.2.未到下班时间早退,处罚10比尔/次,并对你的行为签字。
Early leave from duty, Punished by charging you 20birr/time and sign for your action.Osoo yeroon hin gain hojiidhaa yoo bahan adabiin isaa qarshii 10, kanaaf ni mallatteeitu.3.旷工不请假连续达到5天的或者1个月内间歇性累计达到10天的,其劳动合同自动解除。连续旷工不请假少于5天的的,旷工每日扣除两天的工资,旷工一天一个警告通知,收到三个警告通知并合理地自动解除合同。

If the worker committed inside the factory those unlawful activities as stipulated in Article 14 Sub-Article(2)in the Federal Negarit Gazeta of Ethiopia, if there’s lo, you have to compensate the lo and terminate you contract of employment.非法活动包括:
Unlawful Activities Including:
a.在工厂内故意进行危害生命财产安全的行为;
Intentionally commit in the factory any act which endangers life and property;
b.在工厂内吵架打架情节严重者;
Responsibility for brawls or quarrels at the factory having regard to the gravity of the case.c.偷窃工厂的财产;
Take away property from the work place without the expre authorization of the employer
d.拒绝遵守和执行中方领导的安全警告和安全措施。
Refuse to observe safety and accident prevention rules given by the supervisor and refuse to take the neceary precautions given by the Supervisor.e.在工作中有欺骗的行为情节严重者。
Deceitful or fraudulent conduct in carrying out his duties having regard to the gravity of the case.7.如果员工因为合理的原因被取消了他当前的职位,公司没有其他职位可以提供的情况
下,公司会给出通知解除劳动合同。
If the post of the worker is cancelled for good cause and the worker cannot be transferred to another post.8.损坏工厂财产设施设备的,依据损坏程度进行赔偿。
He who causes damage to properties and equipment or facilities in the factory, shall compensate according to the degree and extent of this damage.9.如果发现有员工未经允许和授权擅自触碰或操作有潜在危险的财产,例如运转中的机器
和设备、电线电缆、变压器、发电机等,每次一人罚款500比尔。
If the worker has been found that he touch or operate without company’s authorization any property with potential danger such as running machine or equipment, power line or cable, transformer, or generator etc., each person will be punished by charging 500 birr each time.10.在工作中,不履行其职责、不听从其直接领导的工作安排的,其直接领导视情节轻重可
给予警告处分。
During working, if the worker does not perform his work or not follow instructions and work arrangement given by his direct supervisor, his direct supervisor may give this worker warning notice according to the degree of the worker’s commiion or act.11.如员工自动辞职,须提前书面通知工厂管理部,说明其原因和辞职的时间。
Where a worker terminates his contract of employment, he shall inform the employer in writing the reasons for termination and the date on which the termination is to take effect.
