我一生气，爸爸就说淡定，而且我老发脾气，爸爸也总对我说淡定，我认为爸爸乱说，就问妈妈淡定是什么意思。妈妈说：“淡定就是让自己保持一个平和的心态。我们每当一个人要生气时，旁边的人就对他说淡定，生气的人听见了，就不发脾气了。”
