初中作文的个性化教学与思考
摘要
个性化作文教学是教师运用个性化的教学方法，使学生在作文学习过程中表现自我，完善个性，促进全面发展的教学活动。传统应试的作文教学模式忽视了学生个性化的发展，而个性化的作文教学有利于促进学生对生活的深入思考，培养学生的个性化思维方式，激发学生对写作的兴趣，从而提高作文水平。新课程标准倡导教师进行个性化作文教学，实施个性化教学就要鼓励学生深入生活，发展学生创新思维能力，设计个性化的阅读和作文评价方式，多方面提高学生的作文水平。

ABSTRACT
The individualized composition teaching is a teaching activity which allows students to display themselves, perfect their personality and promote their all-around development by using individualized teaching methods.The pattern of traditional exam-oriented teaching has neglected students’ needs of individualized development, while individualized composition teaching can drive the students to think deeply toward their lives, cultivate their personalized mode of thinking, and stimulate their interest in writing, so as to raise the compositional competence.According to the new curriculum standard, the teachers are advocated to use personalized method of composition teaching, in which teacher should encourage students to concern on real life, develop their abilities of creative thinking, design new personalized mode of reading and composition evaluation so as to improve the students' writing ability versatilely.Key words: The junior high school compositionIndividuationTeaching
