主持人、发言人训练要求:
1、训练时注意主持和演讲的顺序：先英文后中文。
2、脱稿发言和主持，自信大方，发音准确。
3、天气炎热，国旗下发言时间不超过3分钟30秒。
4、前一周周一前上传发言稿到学生处网上邻居。
5、主持人和发言人周日晚上第一节晚自习到学生处训练。（建议可以增加主持人、国旗班、升旗手的介绍，提倡级部创新）
