I have the great privilege of presenting today’s judges to you.今天的赛程分为英语组合非英语组两部分
比赛规则如下：Rules of the contest
比赛分为诵读环节和评委提问两个环节
首先由选手诵读自备诵读篇目，时间为3分钟，时间剩余30秒时会有提示。
学生诵读完毕后，由评委向选手提问，回答时间不限 The competition is divided in two parts.Firstly, every contestant has 3 minutes to recite their article,(there will have implications when time remaining thirty seconds)
时间剩余30秒时会有提示。
After the recital, each contestant would be asked some questions by one of the judges and the answer’s time is unlimited.选手赛后不得无故离席，请现场观众保持赛场纪律，将手机调成静音，不得随意走动，以免影响选手正常发挥。
