Good afternooneverybody,today I want to talk about the topic “child trafficking”.Have you seen these two movies ?These two movies are both about trafficking,one is dearest,the other one is lost and love.All of them reflect the ugly problem of child trafficking in society,and raise questins about what authorities should do to handle this unusual situation.In china almost 200,000 children are trafficked each year.Only 1% abducted children are reunited with their families.Child trafficking is a very serious problem nowdays.All these children had a happy family before, because of the parents just moment of oversight , or the child being cheated, since that they have fallen into a terrible situation.Parents in tears every day, try to find their children day and night ,Many parents devote everything looking for theirLostchild,they search from one city to another,paying attention to everything imformation Abouttrafficking children.Most families broke up because oftheir children trafficked.I am sure you have all seen a lot of begging children in the streets, some of them singing, some in the juggling, act more serious problem is being broken limbs.How do these children aretrafficked? Here are some ways.The traffickers wait in the in kindergarten,they tell the child that they are the frends of their parents.the children will be pick up by the traffickers, In crowded place ,for example ,supmarket, shopping mall, the parents are busing in shoping ,they take no notice with their children,the children will be pick up

The important factor is the parents, Parents have to remember • 1.Teach your child to remember their place of living.• 2.Teach your child to remember their parents’ telephone.• 3.Teach your child to call the emergency number.• 4.Teach your child not to accept any of the things that a stranger gives.• 5.keep your child under your sight when in the market.• 6.Don't let your child stay at home alone.• 7.Leave your maage in your child’s bag.• 8.Do some anti-trafficking(防拐)experiment.• 9.Remember your kids’ character and dre.What should the government do? • 1.The government should strenthen the lawsAnd increse the grade of publishment.• 2.Set up a DNA database for the newborn.• 3.Establish China's Child Safety Emergency Response
• USA Amber Alert warning system makes the miing children recovery rate reaching as high as 97.7%.Britain, France, Canada, Australia and other countries have also set up their own nationa social response mechanism for children miing.China's Child Safety Emergency Response started construction in May 25th this year, it is formally launched in November 21st.•
