The neceary precautions and attention in the sports You are in danger and even it is fatal.You may damage your health, easily get injured or even lose your lives in the proce of the sports.“Motion is absolute, and the static is relative.” in the philosophic domain.Everything in the word is moving all the time.“motion” for the human is also importance of keeping fit to study, to work and to live better, but if the adequate attention is not paid in the proce of the sports, it may have a bad result.Today I will talk about the there basic attentions of the sports: warm up yourself and check out the sports equipments before you take exercises, how to drink water when we are doing sports and the way of the rest and eating after the sports.As we know,sport plays an important role in our daily lives.Whenever you do some exercise,you can get a whole new refresh feeling through your body.You should make full preparation before taking exercises, including the warm-up and checking out the equipment.Warming up is so neceary for protecting yourself far away from danger.Warm-up usually refers to jogging, a regular chest, rallying and other standing exercises, making your body flexible and reducing the damage to your body.You also must make sure that the equipments are suitable and in a good condition.The sports goods you wear should be suitable for the sport.For example, if you want to do Yoga, the suitable clothe is leotards.Do not take any rigid things in your pockets or on your neck and any place of your body, it will injure you easily.However, never forget checking out the sports facilities you will use later.If the facilities fail in the proce of sports, the injure may be worse than it caused by the other way.Water is very important for us.We must drink water everyday and we can’t live without water.Owing to the water discharging from the body, stopping for a water break will make you feel better.The right way of drinking water is vital.Firstly, the best choice of water is containing the Vitamin with a small amount of salt and sugar.It will help you replenish the energy.Secondly,the best temperature of the water is moderate.Too cold and too hot water will stimulate your stomach and is harmful to your health.Lastly,the way of the drinking water is drinking a little at a time and often.After the sports, you usually feel so tired.All of us want to have a rest and a shower immediately.If you have a rest immediately, it will result in lower blood preure.Then it will make us have difficulty in breathing, feel dizzy, look pale.Having a shower with the cold water will make you sick easily and having a shower with the hot water will result in the lack of blood flow to the heart and brain.Do not drink a lot of water to quench your thirst and eat the foods containing a large amount of sugar.We always feel that it is delicious when we eat some sweet food after the sports, but a large amount of sugar will lead to consuming the exce amount of Vitamin B1.Consuming a lot of the Vitamin B1 will make you tired and do not like to eat food, so you can not recovery strength quickly.In conclusion,you should make full preparation before taking exercises, including the warm-up and checking out the equipment.You should choose the water containing the Vitamin with a small amount of salt and sugar.Drink a little at a time and often.Do not have a rest and a shower immediately.Do not eat the food containing a large amount of sugar after the sports.
