In my opinion, students and teachers are equal.We should repect them and we can't scold them when they make mistakes.In a word, we should treat children as human being.But it is easy to say that different to achieve.When some parents see a child doing something with difficulty, they tend to help hisher immediately.This response is part of our human nature and should be understood.However, too much attention and care can destroy children's activity and confidence.Instead, we should believe them and encourage them.In school, some teachers do not respect pupils.They would scold, critize children when children misvehave.Such behavior would definately do great harm to children and destroy their dignity, self-confidence and motivation in learning.What's more, teachers and parents tend to think that children are just like a blank piece of paper.They should be fed with knowledge which is useful for their future life.As a result, children are given very little respect and freedom in choosing or developing their own way of thinking and learning.We believe that children should be respected in terms of what to learn and how to learn.Humannistic education requires the teachers to treat children as human being who have their own thoughts and needs.Teachers should never try to force their ideas into children's minds but try to think from the children's point of view.We should learn to offer children opportunities to talk, to create and allow them to fail.This is the same with language learning.Children need to be allowed to try new language to learn from “trial and error” going? problems to benefit our students most,instead of scolding their for them when they can't control.In fact there're many games which are quite simple and easily to manage with large claes.If we can organize games well, there aren't discipline problems.They can get enjoyment from games and they can feel they are succeful.Fourth, if we want our students feel succeful, it is not reasonable to expect children to achieve a high goal.The English curriculum has also stated that the important aim of teaching English to children at the beginning si to build up their confidence, to provide motivation, to show them that English is fun and to encourage them.English teaching should make students feel succeful.So when students make errors, we can't scold them.It will make children lose Yhe host asked me to answer.I was puzzled about it and have no answer.Suddenly, another student told me the answer quietyly and quickly.It did a great help for me.But from that time, I learn that students are full of knowledge, too.They know many knowledge that we don't know.As teachers, if we don't learn every day to enrich ourselves, we will not be an excellent teacher to teach children.The students' knowledge is wide.I think it depends on their curiosity to our life.They're naturally curious and active.They are full of enthusiam and show a lot of eagerne to participate.If children are happy, feel secure and in a threat-free environment, they're more likely to enjoy learning.But as teachers, we're busy every day, can we keep on learning at night or concentrate on the books we're reading.So our students are full of enthusiam and great hope.If we think them as a doctor, they are like green.They're like the sun at nine in the morning.If we stay with them, we can feel their activity.You know many students like English very much.I think because in English cla, teachers often provide them many activities, group learning, playing games, competition, action, singing and so on.They're active, creative.They like to act and play games.And they need the opportunity to exercise their imaginations and creativity.But as teachers, can we afraid of making mistakes and losing dignity? So I learn from students that we should be brave to do everything.Interest is the mother of learning.So our students learn English and some other subjects very well.Because they're happy to do it.They will learn faster if they are very happy.However, can we do like this? Adults have clear personal goals and objectives for learning, eg.finding a good job, going abroad, making more money, talking to foreigners.For children, a foreign language is simply another school subject they have to do in school.Children do things that interest them and make them feel good abour themselves.And gradually they become confident and easy and enjoyable to learn.These are the aspects that adults are different from our students.As a teacher, I'm lucky.I'm with them every day and I can learn a lot from my students.Thanks for the children.Teaching is learning should focus on the following:

to develop pupils' language sense and enable the acquisition of good pronunciation and intonation.to cultivate the pupils' preliminary ability to use English in daily exchange and to lay a good basic for study.From the above dicuions we can see that the overall objectives described in the new curricululm indicate a changd in the understanding of the nature of English education.It changed from a focus of teaching the vocabulary, structures and skills of a language to edecating children and developing their all-round qualities for life long learning.So it depends that teachers should learn a lot in this situation.First, we should understand goals and objectives for primary school English teaching.By offering a foreign language at school, we're aiming to educate “the whole child” rather than only teach them the language.Therefore, the first priority for teaching English at the primary school is to cultivate their interest in learning, motivate them to work hard, help them establish good learning habits and develop useful learning strategies so that they are ready to continue with their learning when they move into secondary school.So it is neceary for us to learn goals and objectives for primary school English teaching.Second, as far as English is concerned in Primary School, with the development of English teaching, we should teach every leon hard and write down the good points and bad points in the leon.Maybe I write a title, just some sentences, I make up them every week.It's good for my teaching.From it, I learn what's the advantage and disvantage of the leon.So teaching is committed with learning.Third, although I'm a teacher, it's impoible that I have every leon very well.For example, last year it was the first year that I taught Grade 3.When I have an open cla of Unit5, plus and minus.I didn't know how to write the teaching plan.So I surfed the Internet, looked at my teaching plans on books and asked experienced teachers.I prepared this leon for about three weeks.So I kept learning in these three weeks.When I had the first try to teach this leon, I can find some problems.Then I asked for experienced teachers and concluded by myself.I taught this leon for about 5 times.I thought about this leon again and again and I can summarize some methods of teaching.From this period, I found I had made much progre in teaching and writing teaching plans.Fourth, we're around our students every day.So we can be infalened by them.For example, their interest of learning and life.Interest if the mother of learning.Students are very interested in learning English.They like the activities in English cla.So as teachers, we should learn this character of them.Adults have clear personal goals and objectives for learning, eg, finding a good job, going abroad, making more money, talking to foreigners.However, children do things that interest them and make them good about themselves.They will learn faster if they are very happy.However, can we do like this?

Fifth, it seems that teacher is like actor.We should sing or act, good at telling stories and acting out in dramas, even at drawing and dancing.With those capabilities, we certainly will add to our strength as a primary school teacher.So I often spend time to practice them and try to be an excellent teacher.In addition to using above capabilities, we should find a way to develop our strength, personality, experience and beliefs in teaching our children.Now the competition of our society is becoming tense.As teachers, we should be strict to ourselves and when we're teaching, we should learn much, too.
