大家上午好！今天我们演讲的题目是：学会自立，自强不息。
“天行健，君子以自强不息”这是出自周朝《易经》中的一句话。意思是：天上的日月星辰不分昼夜,不分昼夜，永恒运动的，所以天是刚建的；人应该效法天，积极进取，永不停息。古往今来，成就大事之人，都是自立自强的人。一个人只有自强不息，才能够才能够做到坚忍不拔，不畏困难与挫折，才能做到志存高远。现在，我们很多同学都是独生子女，在家庭里享受着父母亲人特殊的保护和关爱，缺乏基本的生活自理能力，许多事情有家长一手代办，包办，成了衣来伸手，饭来张口的“小公主，小黄帝”，生活上依靠父母照料，学习上不自觉，怕困难。自立，意味着我们要学会合理安排自己的日常生活；意味着我们要长大成人，父母的呵护，独立生活；意味着要靠自己的力量，创造生活。自强，意味着自力更生，奋发图强；意味着在困难面前知难而进，顽强拼搏。人生的道路曲曲折折，难免遇到困难。困难就像是一块试金石，如果你是一块真金，经过一次次的捶打和考验，你就会变得更加坚强和金光闪闪！作为当代青少年，我们需要挑战困难，用微笑面对困难，让我们经受磨练，学会自立自强，让自强不息的意志伴随我们走向辉煌！
Dear teachers and clamates,Good morning!Today our topic is learning to be independent and self-reliant, be a true man.“ Heaven’s movement is ever vigorous , so must a gentleman ceaselely strive along.” This sentence is from the Zhou Dynasty “ Book of changes”.It means the stars in the sky are moving all day and all night, so the universe is very powerful.Therefore, as humans, we should be enthusiastic about our work and make active efforts all the time and never give it up.Either in ancient times or in modern times, a succeful man is always independent.One who only has a strong will can have a great ambition and keep on working hard for it, not being afraid of anything difficult.Today, most of our clamates are from only-child families.They are given so much love and special care that they are lack of the abilities of living on their own.For example, they are always taken good care of by their parents , which makes them “ baby girls or baby boys”.As a result, they are always relying on their parents no matter what happens.It’s natural for them to ask their parents for everything they want.What’s worse , they’re even unaware of studying actively and overcoming difficulties in study.Independence means we need to learn how to deal with our daily life, especially our study.It also means we have to grow up quickly, learn to live by ourselves and try our best to create our own lives without our parents’ help.Self-reliance means achieving our dreams by ourselves.It means facing difficulties bravely and exerting ourselves to the aim, too.Our life is full of ups and downs.Difficulties can test out if you are a true man.You will become stronger and stronger through thick and thin.As young teenagers, we must challenge ourselves, facing difficulties , undergoing hard training and learning to be independent and self-reliant.Let’s live with a strong will to make it in our life.That’s all.Thank you.
