一．活动背景
在世界大融合的今天，英语已成为世界上使用最广泛的语言，英语水平已成为衡量当代大学生素质的基本标准之一。2012年，我们即将迎来南通大学百年校庆，为激发大家对英语学习的兴趣，又为欢度百年校庆，我院举办一次面向全院同学的英语演讲比赛。二．活动目的1.欢度百年校庆，用英语表达我们对母校的爱。2.提高同学们的演讲水平，增强英语表达能力。3.促进同学们对英语的热情，加强在校大学生的竞争意识。4.提高大学英语的教学质量。
5.丰富大学生课余生活。
6.为广大英语爱好者提供一个相互交流和学习的平台。三.活动时间.地点 2012年3月底 地点：阶梯教室 四.主办单位

１.工作人员安排：
ａ.邀请2名英语老师，2名机械学院同学，2名外国语学院同学担任评委
ｂ邀请我院和外国语学院4名同学担任表演嘉宾 ｃ每个班级选几名观众 ｄ主持人待定（英语表达能力要好）２.宣传：
ａ海报宣传：由宣传部负责出海报，将宣传海报张贴在各宿舍楼下的宣传栏里
ｂ班级宣传：召开各年级班长会议，通知有关比赛内容，班长做好动员工作 3.报名
各班长将本班的参赛人数及姓名上报到学习部（有表格）4.抽签
参赛选手在比赛前一天到12#718抽签决定上场顺序，确定演讲题目，了 解比赛具体流程 5.场地布置.由生活部和体育部布置现场，渲染气氛，开场前一小时到现场 6.现场音乐器具
由文艺部负责，如果有选手有自己的ppt，可展示 7.文艺表演
由艺术团负责中场的表演环节，我院可邀请十佳歌手，外院可邀请英文歌曲好的嘉宾 8.教室
由团委同学去借阶梯教室（大学生活动室）待定
八.评分细则
1.第一环节（演讲题目确定，关于通大百年校庆。50分）每个人，演讲大概3分钟时间，可以自配背景音乐，也可以找搭档完成自己所需要的表演，形式不必拘泥，必须脱稿。评委可以提问，打分，去掉最高分与最低分，取平均分。(2分30秒时会给一次铃声，不足2分45秒或超过3分15秒，酌情扣5-10分）2.第二环节（30分）
参赛选手从投影屏幕中选择16个主题，选择一个，准备三分钟，要求是，第一位嘉宾在选择后准备三分钟，然后演讲三分钟，在此同时，下一位选手选择主题并准备，依次类推。(2分30秒时会给一次铃声，不足2分45秒或超过3分15秒，酌情扣5-10分）评分规则与第一环节相同。
3.第三环节（20分）
选手才艺展示，内容积极向上（注，比赛注重的是选手的语言组织，肢体语言，演讲内容，还要注重选手的发音，临场发挥才艺表演）九．活动流程 1.主持人介绍到场嘉宾，评委。2.主持人介绍比赛规则和评分规则。3.第一环节比赛开始，每组选手上台演讲，评委打分。完全结束后,核分人员下去收一张评分表，立刻统计。5.机械学院嘉宾才艺表演，观众有奖问答。然后公布第一环节成绩。6.第二环节比赛开始，评委打分，收集打分表格。
7.由外国语学院的嘉宾表演英文歌曲。有奖问答。然后公布第二环节比赛成绩。8.第三环节比赛开始，每一位同学表演结束后说一句自己对百年校庆的祝福语。评委打分。收集打分表。9.所有选手都进行完后评委代表点评（时长不超过5分钟）。
此时最后的表交给计分人员，计分人员立刻开始算总分。算完分后将填好的名次表交给主持人，由主持人公布结果。颁发各类奖项。10.主持人宣布结束，合影留恋。11.整理现场，干事干部留下开总结会，做好事后工作。十.奖品（含证书）（待定）
一等奖1名：硬壳笔记本 30元 二等奖1名：玻璃杯 20元 三等奖1名：雨伞 15元 最佳语音奖1名：耳机 15元 最佳创意奖：相册 15元 十一.经费预算 1.横幅

1、工作人员及学生应提前到场。
2、维持活动现场秩序的稳定。
3、保证选手比赛结束后不离开比赛场地。
4、和评委要事先确定时间并确认。
5、主持人把握好整体活动进程。
6、主办方随时灵活应对突发事件。

尊敬的各位评委：
大家好！我是来自xxx班的xxx，我演讲的题目是“亲爱的你，美丽无比”。
时间真是个神奇的东西，转眼，上海电机学院也60岁了。这60年来，他陪伴多少电机学子走过多少日日夜夜，又有多少人见证着他的成长，看着他由专到本的历史性跨越，多少人为他骄傲，因他自豪。他所取得的所有成就，多少人看在眼里，喜在心里。
亲爱的你，作为电机学院的一份子，在学校60周年校庆之际，是否也想为他做些什么，是否也想准备一份礼物来表达自己的情谊？小女不才，不能想出太过精美的礼物来表达我对学校的崇高敬意，但至少我知道，这是一个所有人都可以充分展示自己的机会。
对于世界来说，电机也许只是其中的一小部分，但，对我们来说，他或许就会是全世界。他就像我们的母亲，让每个电机娃娃在她的滋养下，快乐成长。他更像一个孩子，需要我们共同的努力，让他飞得更高，走的更远。他是我们学习,生活，成长的地方，一花一草都显得那么亲密，熟悉。他为我们所有人提供了一个大大的舞台，一个充分展示自己的舞台。
