I 'm a persistent snail（坚持的蜗牛）
Good morning, my honorable teacher and my dear clamates:
The title of my speech is I am a persistent snail.First of all, I want to say my study is not very good.While my friends won scholarships every term, but I can't.My clamates can pa the CET-4, but I can't.Most of my clamates can speak English fluently.but I can't.I don't have any special skill.I am not good at painting;I can not paint a beautiful picture.I'm not good at music, I can not sing a melodious song.I am not good at sports;I can not play basketball well.Sometimes, I quite envy（羡慕）my friends, when they make speeches in public, they can be so paionate;I envy my folks, when they host the party, they can give us a wonderful performance.In the first semester in my freshman year, my clamates criticized me that my work efficiency was low.Some students criticized my language skills was poor.Some students criticized me for not dealing with interpersonal relationships.In the second semester in my freshman year, some people criticized me for my Mandarin was not standard.Every word, I remember very clearly.Thanks to these words, they give me enough momentum to move forward.It is not the key point, the most important thing I want to tell you is that I am on the way to improve myself.Our frinds.they can move quickly, they can fly in the sky, but I only can be a snail, crawling on the earth.But I am a persistent snail.Because my language ability is poor, so I took part in the eloquence training cla to improve myself, I took every opportunity to exercise, I attended various activities, such as debating, speaking contest and so on.I presided over the Fuzhou university entrepreneurship practice center（创业实践中心）party.I presided over the Fuzhou university 4th DV competition.I presided over the Freshman training conference.I served as “the international exhibition” the narrator of Fuzhou university galleries（海峡国际展览会解说员）.I, as the guest of Fuzhou university venture exchange(创业交流会主讲嘉宾).and so on.I try my best to challenge myself, to overcome myself, to beyond myself, but finally I lost myself.I was sad at that moment, because I lack the abilities.But I do believe I can fly in the sky in the near future.I can fulfill my dream if I keep moving and never give up.Then I seized every opportunity to exercise my ability, I served as a salesman of Zhixing educational institutions, I served as a telephone interviewer, I served as WEISHENG hardware factory salesman（伟升五金产业务员）and so on.Because of lacking leadership, I seized every opportunity to enhance leadership in the past year and a half.I once worked as the monitor, student union self-discipline department minister, entrepreneurship practice center project department minister, , deputy director of the entrepreneurship practice center, HongGu entrepreneurial team（鸿鹄创业团队）director, and so on.I am also interested in reading in my spare time, such as psychology, philosophy, management., etc
