Good morning everyone!It’s really a great honor for me to be here and have this opportunity to share my viewpoints about buying or renting a house.Okay ,I will start with my contents.there are four parts ,the self-introduction ,the case of buying a house and the opposite case ,and at last I will give my points about it.Well ,my name is sodaju ,my major is geotechnical engineering ,I graduated from Jilin university.in my free time ,I like reading jogging and sometimes I traveling to some small cities.my life credo is laugh often ,love much ,live well and to be the lucky girl.House is a hot topic nowadays.usually maybe we think like this, work hard to earn money, saves enough money to have a house, and this may lead a happy life.Think about you situation, the money and job.Which will be your choice? Buying an apartment? Or just renting a house? Okay, it’s a problem.aha.Now look at the case of buying a house.As we all know, owning a house is a sign of achieving one of the most important financial goals.Having an own house is a common deep-rooted dream for our compatriots(同胞)and it means more in our country, as usual ,in china prefer their daughters marry men who can afford a house before marriage and only in this way can we have the feeling of family and live comfortable life.Others believe that it is better to buy a house because they think the major benefit of purchasing a house comes from the fact that it is an investment;you are paying for something that you can physically own.When you pay it off, it is an investment that can bring money back..Buying a house brings ownership and pride, while providing for a better future.And with the rising prices, the house rent is rising too.It’s a large amount of money to pay for it.And renting a house may follow with many agonizing things.But even though the rent expense is rising, it cannot high than buying a house.So some people believe that it is better to rent a house, with the rapid growth of house price in china makes it difficult to buy a house for lots of people, a mortgage for a house is a huge burden , rent a house can make people fell le preure，Renting can be great for those who are not planning on staying in one place for too long.Those who move around from city to city cannot carry the house everywhere, and living in a rented house, they just need pay a little renting fare and could administer the rest salaries to do other things more urgent for the time being.In China, according to the land management law the ownership of land belongs to the state, Means that you have a house of your own.Yes, you thought so, but in China you do not own this house, you just rent it.Because the house is yours, not your land, but the land use rights for 70 years, that means you spend the money to buy a house, but can only be renting the actual results.I’d like to end by giving my point’s.so to wind up;I think we should completely understand what is right for your situation, , the market you live in, the financial you face and where you’re headed in life.Then make your final decision.So much for my presentation, thank you!So, any questions?
