A Farewell Speech by a Participant at the 2nd Symposium on Environmental Pollution Respected President, Ladies and Gentlemen, It's my great honor to speak on behalf of all the participants in this closing seion of the symposium.First of all, we would like to thank the China Environmental Industry Aociation and Tsinghua University for your kind invitation to attend the symposium.This has been an extraordinarily productive seion, attended by a record number of 110 countries and approximately 400 delegates.As well as the others, I enjoyed the chance to visit your University and meet with so many excellent scientists and experts in the field of environmental engineering.In fact, this tour has been full of interesting and memorable events.I have talked and made friends with so many scholars from different countries, and visited your laboratories and research centers, all of which have left a deep impreion on me.Besides, we also enjoyed sightseeing the world famous ancient city of Beijing.Please allow me to extend my heartfelt thanks to you for the considerate arrangements again.The next conference will be held in Nanjing at our college.We will do our best to make the forthcoming gathering another fruitful and pleasant one.I'm looking forward to meeting all of you next year.Thank you!
