Hello, everyone.Recently,the weather is getting hotter and hotter.we have entered summer.Today, let me introduce some healthy living tips in summer to you.I will give you my advice on eating, exercising and sleeping.First, let me tell you something about eating.We can eat more cool vegetables, such as: cucumber, tomato, celery, lettuce and so on.If you like eating fruits, I think watermelon is the best choice.We should also drink plenty of water.Our bodies are easy to lose moisture because of the high temperature in summer, so we are supposed to replenish moisture in time.What’s more, remember do not wait to drink water until you feel thirsty.As a matter of fact, when you feel thirsty, your body is already in the dry state.Moreover, we mustbear in mind that we should drink le before and after meals.When the weather is hot ,eating ice cream properly will play a certain role in cooling downour body temperature,but don’t eat too much.In contrast.I think green bean soup is a better choice.Then, even in summer we should choose some time to do sports.Movement should neither be too intense nor too long.You had better not drink cool water immediately after exercise, because it’s really bad for your stomach.At last, I will give you two suggestion about sleeping.Though many people feel very sleepy in summer, we ought to keep a normal sleep schedule.Seven hours is ok , because sleeping too long will cause a bad influence on our bodies.I think a appropriate nap is

neceary, and nap time is preferably about 1 hours.May you a good summer.That’s all.thank you.
