The employment of undergraduate
As we know,nowadays a large number of graduates face
up a tough job market when they graduate,which has become a social focus-on problem.If this problem is not be alleviated in time,the situation will be severe.In order to settle this problem,first of all,we should find
out the reasons that generate it.Generally speaking, we can summarize from the subjective and objective aspects.As for the subjective aspect, it is the personal reasons that lead to the employment difficulty.On one
side ,some graduates’own comprehensive quality can not meet the needs of the society.At present,some college students have backward
consciousne, they just take the course learning,neglecting other ability exercise.Theory breaks from the pratice seriously.On the other side,part of the university students’employment idea can not adapt to the
requirments of the times.As the college students’employment systemhas changed,there are still some students can not recognize the situation clearly with high expectations.For the objective way,society is the main factor.The development of the urban and rural is unbalanced.The social security is also not perfect.Some students do not want to go to the poor places.Besides,the personnel reforms lag and the indequate talent market are against the employment of undergraduate.Furthermore,the lagged reforms of colleges and universities are the important causes of difficult
graduates employment.The situation of the employment of undergraduate is so
serious that we should take some measures to solve the problem of
employment difficulty of college students.In the first place,the economy should be developed and adequate jobs should be provided.Further improve society’capacity to absorb labor and efforts to increase job opportunities ,which employment problems will naturaly have a certain mitigation.Secondly,adjusting employment policies is an effective way to creat a good environment for employment.Thirdly,universities should deepen education reform,improve the education quality and make the employment work.Lastly, the college students should improve comprehensive quality to meet the needs of the society.
