The 90th anniversary of the Communist Youth League
Ladies and Gentlemen:
Good evening.Today I’m glad to meet you here.It’s my honor to stand on the stage to give you the speech.My topic is the 90th anniversaryof the Communist Youth League.Yes, the Youth League is 90 yeas.As a contemporary Chinese, everyone knows the Communist Party of China was born in 1921 when China was enduring the invasion of the imperialist state.And the next year, the Chinese Youth League was set up.Since then, China was on the way to presuming peace and liberation under the leadership of the Communist Party and the Youth League.The members of the League devoted themselves to the Chinese revolutionary.They sacrificed their freedom even lives for the power of the whole country.Although were faced with troublesome barriers, they finally sought truth from facts and led Chinese people stepping into the new China.Therefore, we have today’s happy life.Undoubtedly, the League is eential for the building of new China.It is known that the Youth League is the pioneer and reserve of the party.It’s an advanced and vibrant organization composed of the youth.Thus, the youth play an important role in the social construction by making use of their initiative and creativity.Also, they set examples for others.In fact, the majority of us are the members of the League.So, we
should study hard and learn science and technology to make some contributions to the society.What’s more, we ought to pay attention to our behaviors and speeches to become excellent members and improve the ideology so that we will join the party early.I believe the Youth League will have a bright future.As the league members in new period, all of us should work hard for dreams.We should unite together and make our country better and stronger.
