I’m leaning,I’m growing.Ladies and gentlemen, Good morning.My name is ===.I’m from QiaoTou No.1.Primary school.The name of my speech is > I’m very glad to stand here and to share with you some of my thinking about my English learning and teaching experience with you.People often say: Teacher is the engineer of human spirit.I started my job in teaching English.Then I realized the true of being an English teacher.If knowledge is a bridge to succe, then an English teacher must be a bridge for students to learn a foreign language, a bridge to aid students’ communication with foreigners, a bridge to share our Chinese culture with others.My students are just like the wild flowers.Respect and love your students as their friends.Over fifteen years paed by.I still like a new teacher.I love the feeling when the students say”Mi Zhang”.I expect students to learn English easier.I remembered a student,her name was Liu Xiaoting.She was a beautiful girl ,but her English was very bad.She liked English but she didn’t read and write any letters.So she was crying when English cla began.I1
was very worried.I found a way,I played letter cards and word cards with her after cla.I tought the game to her mother.Two months later,Her English was good at the others.Now she is a middle school student,her English is the best in the whole grade.She says she is very grateful to me for ever,because I give her a way to succe.The teacher who loves her students will notonly succeed but also get a happy life and enjoy themselves.I love my students, then I enjoy myself with full responsibility.That is why I together with you,try our best to be an excellent English teacher!I am proud to shout: I am an English teacher.That’s all.Thanks for your listening.
