As we all know, housing prices in China are soaring at an amazing speed.It is not unheard of that it is very difficult to find houses cheaper than 8,000 yuan per square meter inside the Fifth Ring Road of Beijing.Of course, the consequence is complaints against soaring housing prices.With more and more people born in 1980s become independent, urgent demand for houses of their own is increasing.However, housing prices are too high for them to afford.What’s worse, according to the policy, the property right of houses has a limit for 70 years.Therefore, chances are that if a person who bought a house when he was 25 and lives long enough, when he is 95 years old, he may have no house of his own.I couldn’t even imagine that!
And with the demand for houses increasing rapidly, fees for house decoration is increasingly high.A survey conducted by a prestigious institution commented that after polling 1000 families who had just bought new houses, most respondents said that 20% cost they paid for their houses was on the decoration.There is a trend that everyone who buys a new house and wishes to live in it for a long time expects to
