Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.Today it’s my honor to stand here.And I’m very glad to give my speech!My name is Zhang Weiping.The topic of my speech is “Discover yourself.”

Discovering yourself seems to be difficult, but doing it is of much importance.Maybe we could discover many advantages and disadvantages of others，but we can’t discover ours, Right? Why can’t we discover ourselves, although it is hard to do that?

I still remember I learned a Chinese text called “I choose myself”.The heroin of the text is a little girl.She recommended herself as a monitor bravely at the beginning of the new term.I was cheered up by her.She discovered herself when nobody discovered her.She was her own BoLe.She discovered her advantages and promoted them!For us, disadvantages may be the barrier to your succe, so we should try our best to get rid of them.Besides, we should promote our advantages which will help us discover our own potential.“The Voice of China” is the most popular show now, which gave me some inspiration again.No matter you are a shy person or a confident one, even if you’re blind, you can go to the stage to show yourself and prove yourself to the world!That indicates you have discovered yourself!Don’t be afraid of failure!It is the neceary proce of the succe.I was a shy girl before!And I was terrified of speaking in front of

many people, although in my teachers’ eyes I am a good student.Just because of the little girl and those people who went to join “The Voice of China”, I discovered myself!I encourage myself and get along well with my clamates now.After discovering myself, I have courage to stand here to give my speech!I can make it!I like making a speech, perhaps I am a genius at it!I believe myself!
