Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, my name is···, my NO.is ****.Today my topic is Low-Carbon Economy and Life Style.When I was in the primary school, I can hear the cry of the frogs in the field and smell the scent of the flowers.When I was in the secondary school, I can hear the shout of the motors in the streets and smell the scent of oil.And now I just see the streets or roads crowded by the private cars.What a terrible scene!The beautiful nature turns out to be a polluted world.Can you imagine, how those manmade are hurting our mother earth and our health?
I have a question for you.Why those manmade are created for? For convenience.Right? It is really gives us more convenience.We can enjoy the convenience of washing machine and disposable products.We can enjoy the coolne in hot summer by using the air conditioners.We can enjoy the comfort of private cars.We can enjoy the speed of airplane.However, we have le and le chance to enjoy the beautiful nature and our life.The resources of our nature are wasted by our greed of pursuing fast but high quality life.The quality of our life is ruined by our greed of making things more convenience.Let’s give up convenience, save mother earth.As they advocate, “A scientific view of development.” Let’s start with little things, changing our lifestyle, and eventually leading to low-carbon economy, such as riding or taking a bus instead of driving cars, taking an environmental bag to go shopping, reducing the use of disposable products, etc.If we all try our best, our earth and life will be more beautiful and healthy.Thank you for your attention!
