Ladies and gentlemen,Good afternoon!I’m Sun Xianhui, an ordinary primary school English teacher.It’s my pleasure to stand here and share my teaching experience with you.It has been eight years since I graduated from….University and began to teach English in No.5 Middle School.In the course of the eight years' English teaching practice, I know it isn’t an easy job to be a good and succeful English teacher.And I have realized teaching needs effective methods to make it succeful.Because the more appropriate teaching methods we use in cla, the more effective they are.In order to understand and master the various teaching methods, I’ve read a lot of books and magazines on teaching and I often watched Claroom Teaching Records by excellent teachers.Now, I’ve formed my own teaching style and I’m able to use various teaching methods which help me teach succefully.To make my leons vivid, interesting and exciting, I always give students a task in each leon.It is a means of learning foreign language because the task is usually close to life.And it’s the way which the students like very much.After all, no one can be forced to learn without a desire!Think about questions in the position of the students.(“换位思考”这句话放这儿起什么作用？)
I also know if I want to offer many new things to my students, I must renew my own knowledge.Especially for a teacher, it’s never too old to learn.In fact teaching benefits teachers as well as students.In cla, I always ask my students to help each other and learn from one another.I try my best to fully arouse their potentialities and encourage every student to speak English and find out the interest of studying English.I always give them confidence.I’m always strict with them and make them be strict with themselves.Of course, I also know it is the key to prepare leon meticulously for improving teaching quality.Therefore I prepare my leons carefully every day and try to find out the most important and difficult points for every leon.When I prepare my leons, I try to integrate the resources of each unit, because I think 1
it can help students learn or consolidate the knowledge points better.At the same time, I always think ahead which questions my students may meet so that I can resolve them in time.Thanks to my hard work, with the help of my workmates, I’ve stood on the platform steadily.To keep up with the development of the information age, I must improve my own abilities and skills of teaching.I have the determination and confidence to be a qualified teacher.Thank you!
