1987年：成立冲绳全家股份有限公司（株式会社冲縄ファミリーマート），开始于冲绳县进行展店
1988年：于台湾台北市成立全家便利商店股份有限公司并开始展店，系FamilyMart的第一个海外据点
1990年：于南韩首尔特别市成立Bokwang FamilyMart Co.,Ltd.，开始在南韩展店
1992年：更换识别标志，以绿色及蓝色为主要颜色；于泰国曼谷市成立Siam FamilyMart Co.,Ltd，开始在泰国展店
1993年：成立南九州全家股份有限公司（株式会社南九州ファミリーマート），开始于鹿儿岛县及宫崎县展店
1998年：块状商标更改，与1992年发表的识别标志类似，“微笑的太阳与星星”Logo于日本地区仅标示于店面自动门旁之服务代码贴纸下方。
2004年：开始推广自家信用卡“Famima Card”（ファミマカード）2005年：于美国开设Famima！West Hollywood store，FamilyMart开始于美国展店
2006年：成立北海道全家股份有限公司（株式会社北海道ファミリーマート），开始于北海道地区展店
