F: Now the topic for today’s prepared speech is Better city, better life.The theme of Expo 2010 is “Better City, Better Life,” representing the common wish of the whole humankind for a better living in future urban environments.This theme represents a central concern of the international community for future policy making, urban strategies and sustainable development.We hope our youth will pay attention to the development of city so as to build a more harmony and beautiful living space._______________________________________________________________________________ 规则介绍：
M: Ok，now let’s go over the competition rules.F: There are 3 parts in today’s competition, altogether 7 minutes for every contestant.The 1st is Prepared speech，each of the contestants has 3 minutes to present a prepared speech.M: The 2nd part is Impromptu [im'prɔmptju:] Speech，each of the contestants has 2 minutes to present your Impromptu speech，and they will have 10 minutes’
preparation.F: The 3rd part is Questions and Answers.After your Impromptu [im'prɔmptju:] speech，you have 2 minutes to answer questions raised by the judges according to your Prepared speech and Impromptu speech.Then another judge will ask you a second question which may not about the first 2 parts.Each Contestant should complete the 3 parts once.M: Please notice your time aignment, or your scores will be affected.Then I will introduce the scoring rules.Your score includes the following aspects.You should pay more attention to the following aspects.20% about your Pronunciation/Intonation [ˌɪntəˌneɪʃən] 30% about your Skills of Delivery [diˌlivəri] 30% about your Content 10% about your Stage manner And 10% about the Timing
