In life, it is attitude that matters most Good morning, everyone!It’s my great honor to stand here to deliver my speech.Today my topic is “In life, it is attitude that matters most”.If you have half a gla of water, what would you say? Maybe some people will say “Oh, it’s so lucky.I still have half a gla of water now.I’m thirsty so I can drink it.” But some people will say “Oh, it’s pity.I have just half a gla of water now.If I’m thirsty, what should I do?” When seeing the same thing, different people have different ideas.Half a gla of water never changed.Some people focus on what they have, but some pay attention to what they don’t have.Therefore, some people are happy.Some are unhappy.Now, I want to share another story with you.Once there was an old lady who had two sons both doing busine in the town.The elder one sold umbrella, while the younger one sold fans.Therefore, the old lady worried about the sales of the umbrella for her elder son when the sun was shining.But she also became anxious in rainy day, because her younger son may face bad busine.To conclude, she was unhappy no matter what the weather was like.One day, her neighbor found her unhappine.He persuaded the old lady to think that her elder son’s umbrella would sell well in rainy day, while another son’s fans were popular in sunny day.From that day on, the old lady wore a smile with great delight all the time.The weather never changed.The lady’s attitude had changed.As we can learn from the stories, towards the same event it is different attitude that lead to different results.Therefore we should be aware that it is attitude that matters most in life.What’s more, keeping an optimistic attitude plays an important role in our daily life.
