2018高中英语演讲稿;
i have a dream
every one has his own dream.when i was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own.but now ,when i am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.i have got quite different experience from other girls.while they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princees in the story.i was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong wind.nothing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart--to be an athlete.yeah ,of course ,i’m an athlete,i’m so proud of that all the time.when i was 10 years old ,i became a shot-put athlete.the training was really hard ,i couldn’t bear the heavy shot in my hands.but i always believe that god only help those who help themselves.during those hard days,i find i was growing more quickly than others of the same age.to be an athlete is my most correct choice.but,i quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.i really didn’t want to stop my
sports career anyway.today i say to you my friends that even though i must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow.i still have a dream.it is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.i have a dream that one day ,i can run,jump and pitch just like i used to be.i have a dream that one day , i can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.i have a dream that one day ,i can stand on the highest place at the olympic games.with all the cameras pointing at me.i will tell everyone that i’m so proud to be a chinese athlete!
this is my hope.this is the faith that i continue my steps with！!
with this faith ,i will live though the strong wind and heavy rain ,never give up!
so let victory ring from my heart,from all of you.when we allow victory to ring.i must be the one!

2018年高考动员会发言稿
尊敬的各位领导、各位同仁、亲爱的同学们：
十年磨一剑，锋刃未曾试，今日把君示，牛刀要小试！再过20天，高三全体同学就要端坐在高考的考场上一试身手了。此时此刻，作为一名高三老师，作为一名家长，我有很多话要跟你们说。但大家的时间很宝贵，而且，青春期的你们又不喜欢家长絮絮叨叨，我就择其要点，跟大家讲三句话。
第一句话：你们都是好样的！进入高三，我看到了很多感人的场景：焚膏继晷，披星戴月，已是家常便饭；六科夹击，轮番轰炸，更是司空见惯。有的同学暗暗较劲：比谁起得早；有的同学明确叫板：看谁睡得迟！两个6点20，让你们脚步匆匆，一周三场考试，让你们眼冒金星。有时，我夹着试卷走进教室，真有点不忍心把它发下去，心里在嘀咕：长长的“哈达卷”，小小的文字，淡淡的灯光，同学们受得了吗？但我最后只能狠心发下去，因为：不是名师出高徒，而是严师出高徒，今天，我对你们仁慈，明天，高考就会对你们严厉！令我欣慰的是：身经百考终成神！很多同学在第8次月考后，已经泯灭悲喜，一心等着下一场考试；很多班级在考试之后，竟然喜气洋洋，歌声嘹亮。我不由得赞叹：年轻就是资本，青春就是力量，你们比25年前的我酷多了。江山代有人才出，各领风骚数百年，明日的高考考场，就是你们超越父辈，实现梦想的地方！男儿到此是雄豪，女儿到此成凤凰，走进考场，你们是我的希望，走出考场，你们是我的偶像！我以我们的学校有这样“考不倒”的学生而骄傲，我以自己是这些优秀青年的老师而自豪！
第二句话：要紧张，不要慌张。XX年的求学生涯已经给你们打下了坚实的基础，百年名校的人文底蕴已经给了你们足够的信心，经验丰富，已成斫轮老手的教师已经教会了你们披荆斩棘、迎风破浪的方法和技巧，你们还有什么心虚胆怯的理由呢？论天时，6月7号、8号，凉风习习，不冷不热，正是妙笔生花的好时光；论地利，我们主场作战，以逸待劳，正是横刀立马的好场所；论人和，我们师生同心，父子一气，正是众志成城的好状态！只要我们在最后的一段时间查漏补缺，稳定发挥，百万军中，取上将首级，如探囊取物耳！今年高考的对联我都想好了，叫做：彩霞满天，人在青云道上，红日铺地，志存赤子心中！当你们理清思绪，系好鞋带，拿好准考证，带好考试包，跨越湄水河，走过和森像，迈入考场的时候，在我眼里，那真是一幅鲤鱼跃龙门的壮美景象，真可谓：万里风云从此始，九天雷雨及时来，溪涧岂能留得住，终归大海作波涛！
第三句话：我们支持你！从今天起，xx一中一百二十亩土地，就是你们的可靠后方，xx一中三百多名教职员工就是你们的坚强后盾！高考期间，办公室会把考点布置得清爽宜人，处处温馨。政教处会把校门内外整治得纹丝不乱，井井有条。总务处会为你们加饭加菜加茶水，全体家长会为你们加油鼓劲添信心！在这里，我代表高三年级全体党员、全体老师郑重承诺：有问必答，有困必帮，有求必应，尽我所能，助你成功，你的成功，我的责任！
同学们，多年前，我看过一场电影，叫做《我的太阳》，是一个励志故事，讲一个父亲像太阳一样激励儿子走向成功。其实，在我眼里，孩子们，你们才是我的太阳，而且是早晨八、九点钟的太阳，朝气蓬勃，充满希望！最后，就让我以《我的太阳》这首歌来结束这次演讲吧：啊！多么辉煌，灿烂的阳光！暴风雨过去后天空多晴朗，清新的空气令人精神爽朗。啊，多么辉煌灿烂的阳光！还有个太阳比这更美，那就是你，啊，太阳，我的太阳，那就是你！那就是你！那就是你！
