为扎实推进社会主义新农村建设，根据省、州、县新农村指导办公室的安排部署，我于2009
年02月28日抵达古木镇纸厂村委会任新农村建设指导员，现将上半年来开展工作情况汇报如下：
1、进村调研，科学规划。纸厂村委会处于文山与古木镇交际处，离文山城中心13公里，辖6个自然村，9个村民小组，644户3000余人，主要有汉、苗、彝三民族。其中，黑山，红石洞是苗族村寨，缺水缺田，以玉米、甘蔗等传统农业为生。村民文化素质落后，重男轻女思想严重，大部分村民家常年吃玉米饭，仍处于温饱线下，是我们村委最贫困的两个村。为此为经常深入黑山和红石洞农户家中，认真做好调查，了解民情，熟知村民的要求与愿望，仔细分析与研究，掌握好第一手材料，做到心中有数。再按照“生产发展、生活富裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的总体要求，紧紧围绕实现农业特色优质化、道路房屋整洁化、村风民俗文明化、社会秩序和谐化的目标，科学合理的规划纸厂村的建设项目，做好工作计划及实施方案，重点突出，分步实施，整体推进，调研后根据实际情况作出了人畜引水工程、道路建设、科技文化活动室、五位一体的建设工程项目，并针对经济发展状况作出纸厂产业发展的中、长期规划。
2、进村做好宣传，营造良好的建设氛围。一方面24 × 25

3、全面组织实施建设工程，用心为群众解决好实际问题。社会主义新农村建设是一项涉及农村方方面面的综合性工作，需要政府各部门的共同参与、引导，需要农民的积极参与、发挥主体作用，也需要社会各界的共同支持，协调解决工作中的困难和问题。①深入黑山和红石洞两个苗族村寨，组织群众做好“一事一仪”财政奖补项目工程，从开工到竣工，近一个月的时间，我放弃了所有的周末休息日，全身心的投入到工作中，每天起早贪黑的奔走两个村之间，指导群众修路，甚至抬着锄头跟村民一起干，最后完成了1220米4545平方米的水泥路面浇灌。通过一个多月与黑山和红石洞的苗族村民 “亲密接触”，让村民更了解了我，也让我跟村民更贴近了。②积极向文山县招商局领导介绍纸厂社会主义新农村建设工作进展情况和存在的困难，争取他们对新农村建设的大力支持和帮助。招商局领导根据纸厂村委会存在的困难和问题，决定帮助解决村委会存在的部份问题，于2009年8月6日，为纸厂村委会购买了一套1860元的广播器材，给村委会对纸厂上24 × 25、下寨、大树角的管理带来了极大的方便。
