三种常用术语的变形
1、FOB的变形
FOB 变形是为了解决装船费用由谁负担的问题 而产生的，主要包括以下几种：
1.FOB Liner Terms(FOB班轮条件)买方负担 2.FOB Under Tackle(FOB吊钩下交货)买方负担 3.FOB Stowed(FOB理舱费在内)卖方负责 4.FOB Trimmed(FOB平舱费在内)卖方负责
5、FOBST(FOB Stowed and Trimmed的缩写)表明由卖方承担包括理舱费和平舱费在内的各项 装船费用 卖方负责
2、CIF的变形跟CFR的变形
为了解决卸货费由谁来承担而产生的主要包 括以下几种。
(1)CIF Liner Terms(CIF班轮条件)卖方承担(2)CIF Landed(CIF卸到岸上)卖方承担(3)CIF Ex Tackle(CIF吊钩下交货)卖方承担(如果有驳船费，驳船费由买方承担)
