A polite person
The topic on my card is to describe a polite person, and I’d like to talk about my clamate, Jim.He is one of the top students in our university and is very polite to everybody around him.I have known Jim for three years and he has a good and polite manner in various kinds of details.For example, when I am studying in library with Jim, he will turn his cell-phone into silence mode and also remind me to do so.He will always consider seriously about avoiding himself to disturb others.Moreover, when going through doors, he will always hold doors open for others who are entering behind him.And when clamates ask questions to him, he will never be arrogant and explain the answer very specifically and patiently.So his clamates love him very much and even elect him as the cla monitor.In daily life, Jim will always keep a smile on his face when he is talking to others.And he uses well-mannered words like ‘thank you’, ‘please’ and ‘sorry’ whenever he can.This makes him have a plenty of friends and everybody likes to talk and study with him.During the three years, I have learned a lot from Jim and improved myself during my undergraduate study.Jim is like a sun and makes people around him always in a good mood because of his polite behaviors.
