香港特區政府駐粤經濟貿易辦事處（駐粤經貿辦）在2002年10月正式成立後，一直致力為粤港兩地企業提供各類型的支援服務，其中包括：
《駐粤經貿辦通訊》
自2002年11月開始，駐粤經貿辦每逢周五出版《駐粤經貿辦通訊》，收錄有關廣東省商貿政策、法規和經濟發展的最新資料以及廣東省内舉辦的經貿活動（如展覽會、研討會等）的資訊，以電子郵件方式發送給香港六十多個主要商會和半官方組織。《通訊》亦會上載至本辦的網站（網址：http://www.daodoc.committed to providing a wide variety of services to support both Guangdong and Hong Kong enterprises, which include:

GDETO has been publishing the GDETO Newsletter every Friday since November 2002.The Newsletter contains latest information on commerce and trade-related policies / regulations and the economic developments in Guangdong Province, as well as on the economic and trade activities(such as exhibitions and seminars, etc.)held in the Province.The Newsletter is sent by e-mail to over 60 major chambers of commerce and semi-government organisations in Hong Kong.The Newsletter is also uploaded to GDETO's web-site(addre: http://www.daodoc.commerce, etc.The Resource Centre is open to the public free of charge.Please feel free to visit the Centre during office hours(8:30 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday).(c)Investment Promotion Counter
GDETO sets up an investment promotion counter to provide advisory service on iues related to investment to Hong Kong.Guangdong enterprises are welcome to call on our office on every Tuesday afternoon by prior appointment.(d)Study Miions to Guangdong
Since end 2002, GDETO has organised several study miions in Dongguan, Guangzhou, Western Guangdong and Northern Guangdong for Hong Kong enterprises.The study miions aimed to update the participants on the latest economic / trade developments and investment environment in those places, as well as to help them establish contacts with the local governments and busine communities in order to facilitate their investments and exploring of busine opportunities.GDETO plans to organise such kind of activities, i.e.study miions with the participation of Hong Kong businemen, in a systematic manner in 2003.Details and the participation procedures of the study miions

(h)will be announced through the GDETO Newsletter and our website in due course.Investment Study Miions to Hong Kong GDETO has organised different investment study miions to Hong Kong for representatives of Guangdong enterprises.The purpose of these miions is to help the representatives have a better understanding towards Hong Kong's busine environment and to facilitatetheir investment decision in Hong Kong.Seminars In order to enhance enterprises' understanding of the commerce and trade-related policies / regulations and the investment environment in Guangdong Province, GDETO from time to time organises/co-organises some seminars.GDETO is now planning to organise a seminar on domestic sales in May-June 2003 with the objective of strengthening Hong Kong businemen's knowledge about the policies and regulations related to selling commodities in Guangdong Province, thus aisting them in opening up the domestic sales market in the Province.Details and the participation procedures of the seminar will be announced through the GDETO Newsletter and our website in due course.Relay of Hong Kong Enterprises' Views on Iues of Common Concern GDETO closely monitors the implementation of policies and relevant regulations having serious impacts on Hong Kong enterprises in Guangdong Province.If neceary, GDETO takes on appropriate follow-up actions, which include forwarding the views of Hong Kong enterprises on iues of common concern to relevant authorities of the Guangdong Province through various channels.Web-based Hyperlinked Fact Sheet on Commerce and Trade
